I recently brought my daughter's car to a shop for hail damage repairs, and the cost was quite substantial. I initially had some reservations and even contacted my insurance company to inquire about alternative options. However, they assured me that the shop was their preferred choice, the quote had been approved, and the work came with a lifetime warranty. Consequently, I proceeded with the scheduled repairs and dropped off the car. Upon receiving the car back, I discovered that the trunk would not close properly, and some scratches remained on the driver's side door. When it was brought this to the attention of the service writer, he personally slammed the trunk close, and I was informed that the trunk had a pre-existing dent, and they replaced the trunk lid, it now does not align correctly. Furthermore, the insurance company does not cover the misalignment or the scratches near the hail dents. Had I been notified, I would have gladly paid extra to ensure the repairs were done correctly, especially since the car was already at the shop. The car is now unsafe to drive due to the trunk not closing at all. I am puzzled as to how a lifetime warranty can be offered for work that was not properly completed. I will not be returning to Caliber Collision in the future and plan to switch insurance companies as a result of this experience.

Please don’t come to this place.
The agent and the officer manager were telling me that it’s cheaper to go through the insurance. If I pay out of pocket, it is more expensive. I don’t understand this. I asked to speak to the general manager and she refused to transfer the call. They are trying to scam the insurance for sure. Don’t come here for your insurance quote. They will try to make your insurance pay more. The insurance will get you back for it on your next premium. Avoid this place.

I wouldn't trust management here any further than I could throw them...
Someone at the shop damaged my expensive carbon fiber front lip (300$) after it was just replaced because a different Caliber collision technician at the Wolf Creek location had damaged it, whether it was another technician or the tint person they hired, it happened at their shop and Manager Robert Barrera had the audacity to blame me for damaging it on my 15 minute drive home. As I explained to him, I have driven my car for 3+ years with my old carbon fiber lip (the exact same style) and it still looked brand new before the Wolf Creek technician damaged it, So I know how to drive my lowered vehicle without damaging it.
After a lot of back and forth, he finally agreed that he would have it replaced again, only to ignore me for months and not respond to my voice mails or texts.
I've given up on the matter because I don't like to deal with people who lie to me, but I would like to warn anyone with a nice vehicle they take a lot of pride in to not bring your vehicle here.
The only bright spot here was representative Carlos Bravo, he has always been super helpful and friendly when I've gone in for this and past vehicles I've had repaired here, hopefully one day soon, they'll promote him to management so he can turn things around at this location and actually follow threw with his promises because I know he's the type of person who really does
