Amazing work! Work quality, paint job, and body work we’re unremarkable! Manager Donald Krock did an amazing job on our Mercury! Car was very clean when we picked it up. I was unable to find any imperfections where the repair was made. I highly recommend Caliber Collision!

UPDATE (8/25/25): I am truly blown away by the service at Caliber Collision (FM 78). Their care for my vehicle is top of the line with repairs going above and beyond what I expected. But repairs aside, their customer care is truly spectacular. In today’s market, you can spend your time and money just about anywhere. But this Caliber Collision genuinely cares about the service they provide and how they serve customers. I can’t think of another positive customer experience I’ve ever had that compares. Thank you Michael and the Caliber Collision team. You all set the standard!

I can’t say enough good things about this Caliber Collision and my repairs aren't even done yet! I stopped in for what I thought would be a quick estimate, but to my surprise, they were able to take my car in right away to start the repairs. While addressing the accident damage, they are also arranging to have a door dent removed—at a price I’m more than happy with.
The real standout moment came after I left. I realized I had forgotten my garage door opener (because I truly thought I was only going in for an estimate). Mike didn't hesitate—he actually drove my car to my house so I could use the opener programmed into it. That kind of thoughtfulness and customer care is rare these days, and I’m so grateful.
I’ll be back to update this review once the repairs are finished, but if the rest of the process is anything like the start, I know I’m in great hands.

Fast, and detailed service that used oem parts. Excellent communication throughout entire process, this is the 4th time I've used this shop, they never disappoint. I go back to this shop because I know I will be treated right and everything is explained in detail.

Caliber Collision did a fantastic job repairing our suburban after an accident. Cindy at the front desk is amazing as well as Mike the service advisor. They were extremely commutative and kind and Cindy made me, my wife, and my 3 daughters feel welcome every time we came in. She also gave us full updates, made the whole process super easy from start to finish and set honest expectations from the beginning. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else but here after an accident!!

First rate operation! Started by taking my Dodge Ram. Was very impressed that I took my daughters Honda CRV there as well. Both vehicles were repaired at the same time. Cindy, the Office Manager, Gabriel, Jay, and Michael, adjusters, and everyone else in the shop who had a hand in the repairs to both vehicles are unsurpassed in their profession and demonstrate the leadership in managing the shop by Mr. Donald as superb. Without any hesitations, I would recommend to take your vehicle here first...you won't be disappointed by the professionalism, workmanship, and any other services received here.
