Hands down the best experience I've had with a collision shop. Miguel and his team emulate what right looks like when it comes to customer service. Their communication and service where absolutely great! I'll bring them my vehicle from our of state if I have to from now on. Caliber, take note of this team, they should be training new employees on how to do the right thing in communicating and taking care of their clients. Hopefully i don't need anymore collision repairs but I'll be here if I do and I recommend them without hesitation. I work nights and they even respected my limited contact hours during the day. Thanks Again Team! Keep up the great work!

I took my hail damage car to another place before caliber collision the other place didnt touch my car or started working on it they had it for a month at their shop. I called caliber collision and they took it the next day and started working on it I liked how Daniel G was texting me with updates what they're doing to my car every other day. My car was ready less than 2 weeks The service was great I recommend this location 👌 👍

Took my vehicle in to get repaired. I was told 5-7 days and it took 2 weeks. When my vehicle was returned, they returned it with a drained battery and left my windows down during the 3 days rain storms that passed through San Antonio. The inside of the car smelled like a wet dog and the electrical system had issues after the rain water entered into the vehicle of that 3 day span. The manager refused to help and wanted to start a physical confrontation once he was called out on his lie. Very unprofessional at the 281 North Location and the issues were never resolved by the body shop

Disappointing Quality Control - Repeated Issues I've given this shop multiple chances, but after my latest experience, I won't be returning. I had my truck's tailgate replaced here after a rear-end collision. Over a year later, I noticed the tailgate wasn't actually locking though it made noise like it did. After troubleshooting, I found that the actuator was never mounted--just left floating inside the tailgate. It was connected electrically, so it sounded like it worked, but it wasn't attached to anything. This whole time the tailgate was not actually locked...Wow! I know they missed this because I had to remove a bolt in order to attach it, so it's not like something came loose over time or something. They just plain did not install it correctly. That's a careless oversight that directly impacts the vehicle's security. On top of that, I noticed swirl marks all along the passenger side of the truck, which wasn't even involved in the accident. I have no idea why they were working on that side at all. They promised to send someone to my house to buff it out, but I never got a call back--and honestly, at that point, I didn't want them touching my truck again. I ended up buffing it out myself. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time I've dealt with poor quality control here. Years ago, my wife's car was repaired at this same shop, and we noticed paint defects then too. We had to return to have them buff out marks in the finish. Paint and body work should be thorough and checked for both appearance and function. That level of care just doesn't seem to exist here. Very disappointed.

I recently visited Caliber Collision to get a minor scratch on my GMC Denali assessed. James Silva took the time to inspect the damage and mentioned that it likely wouldn’t be too costly since the scratch wasn’t very deep. He then offered to try buffing it out before moving forward with any repainting. About 15 minutes later, he returned with the area looking good as new. When I asked about the cost, he simply said, “No charge.” Outstanding customer service and a great experience overall—highly recommend!
