The mechanic left uninstalled hardware at the rear door cup holder where my daughter sits. The next day my daughter started playing with these bolts asking where they go. I could’ve easily swallowed one. This is totally unacceptable.

My car body repair experience was very smooth from start to finish. Jason, my customer service contact kept me up-to-date with daily text messages. He even helped me arrange a rental car. The repairs were excellent and I highly recommend Jason and this location of Caliber Collision.

The staff did really good at keeping me informed and updated on the repairs and changes. I had to make a few trips back because the vehicle wasn’t completely repaired, but they did follow through professionally and complete the repairs.

I chose this location based on reviews, but unfortunately I did come across a few issues during my vehicles service. The advisor and office staff provided 5 star service and were great with communicating about the vehicle status and were very helpful and responsive, even with the issues I had.
The issues I came across were with the quality of the paint job done on my vehicle. The paint job seemed rushed and my vehicle was returned to me with dried running paint spots. I was asked to bring it back in at another time to be corrected, which was done, however once again they left wet paint streaks on the vehicle which had I not noticed and wiped off, would have once again dried and left the vehicle paint looking poorly done.
Overall, I would consider them again in the future but I advise to thoroughly inspect your vehicle so that corners are not cut.

They changed some of the parts but left me some of the old ones. They worked quickly but I imagine I had bad luck with them.

Brian was awesome and the front desk staff were very friendly. I was given updates every step of the way so I was never in the dark. It was ready before the estimated date and my car looked brand new when I picked it up. I highly recommend this Caliber Collision to anyone needing repairs.
