Update: Received an email from someone at the corporate offices asking for more details so they could try and fix the situation. Emailed them back and never heard from them again. Wish I could give them ZERO stars. Shop is a complete mess, let’s just say I would have been better off working with a small shop than waiting 2 months for hail damage repairs. Still waiting on all the repairs to be completed.

He kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle throughout the repair process and walked me through every step so I knew what to expect.
I was especially impressed that my vehicle was delivered two days earlier than expected. Khalid’s professionalism and clear communication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
