Our epic, ugly journey started off fine 10 months ago when we had this location repair our 2012 Jeep Liberty after an accident. We got the car back fairly quick but it was missing two large trim pieces that they promised they would get in and call us.
summary of their extremely poor service:
1. They have NEVER called me, I always had to call them.
2. After a month, I called and they said the trim was in. When I drove all the way over there (it's quite a drive), they only had one of the two trim pieces. They installed the one and promised to get the other one.
3. over the course of the remaining 9 months I've called them 3 or 4 times, every time they make excuses and don't have the trim piece.
4. On a whim I spent 10 or 11 minutes and found 7 places online that had the trim piece in stock. I called Caliber and when I told him, he said he was looking for it on ebay... that was our last communication - months ago.
I no longer care about their problems. They need to get my trim in hand and install it with no more lame excuses.
Update: they ordered the wrong trim yet again. It been months since this latest mistake on their part and no call. This is WAY past ridiculous.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Given a daily update of progress. Car was returned to me cleaner than when I brought it in and in great shape. This is the second good experience I've had with this shop. I highly recommend them.

Had a deer run into the side of my VW in Timberwood Park one evening. Brought my car into Caliber and was met by friendly staff who all seemed very attentive. Repair was fairly quick, with the car being completed a week earlier than quoted. Upon inspection, I noticed that the quarter panel that was replaced wasn’t lining up exactly, causing a noticeable gap between body panels. After 2 times of taking my car into the back for adjustment, there is still a noticeable body gap between the hood and quarter panel and the headlight and quarter panel. I understand that when a vehicle is wrecked, some pieces might not align exactly. Honesty just wanted the car back but I’m still indifferent about the repair…🫤

I had a really good experience with Caliber Collision on Outlook/281. The customer service was excellent! While I waited I watched Isabel (receptionist) treat everyone with exceptional kindness & respect. Brady was also very nice & helpful. I need a little more work done on my truck and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend the crew at the Outlook location.

I have had great experiences all three times I have come here. Customer service is great and my vehicles have looked great. This is the only place I will select to handle my car body work.

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision and Jesse at their Overlook location. The repair to my vehicle was excellent, communication with Jesse was superb, and my vehicle was completely earlier than the the estimated date. I highly recommend Caliber Collision-Overlook.
