I brought my car in after a pretty bad scrape on the driver side door and rear quarter panel, and the team here did an amazing job. The paint match is perfect — you literally can’t tell anything ever happened. They kept me updated the whole time, finished right on schedule, and the price was fair for the quality I got.

“Great professional service from the minute I made the phone call to when my vehicle was completed. They helped guide me through the process of getting some rock chips repaired and gave us suggestions on when to use insurance or pay out of pocket. We were in a timely crunch and they were very accommodating without them looking rushed. The rock chip repairs came out amazing and saved us a ton of money. I'm a mechanic by trade and have seen some poor windshield repairs done by other places but these guys do amazing work. They have replaced windshields for me in the past on my older vehicles with no issues after the replacement. Working in the automotive field I have also seen some poor workmanship from other shops that damage trim, headliners, cowling, and sometimes forget to tighten down wiper arms. They have done work in the past on some of our customers cars with great feedback. I Will continue to recommend R&R as an automotive professional knowing they will always do the job right.”

“Today my son had an appointment to get his windshield replaced. He has water coming in from where he thinks is the windshield. Meyer Glass Company ran some test before installing the new windshield. They advised his leak was not coming from his windshield. As a father that has 3 children and wants what’s best for them, I can’t express how much it means to me and my wife that there are still good honest companies in the world today! “Chris and his staff are amazing. Shop and waiting area was very clean and uncluttered. Very competative pricing on windshield R&R. Really like how (they) were able keep my toll pass sticker and other difficult stickers looking like new on the replacement windshield. It's a the little details that make it worth it.

“I was happy with my experience here. I picked this place initially because they work directly with USAA, and they were able to take my car in that day. They are also located right next to an enterprise which was very convenient! The only minor downside was that my car was projected to be finished on a Friday and they did not communicate to me until that Friday evening that the part they needed hadn’t even arrived yet, which was frustrating because I arranged my entire schedule around being able to pick up my car at their notice. However, it was finished just a few days later. Aside from communication, I was still very satisfied and would definitely come back.”

“My car was broken into when stopping in San Antonio for the night. I first booked with Safelite because my insurance suggested it which is a mistake I will never make again. Safelite made me wait a full day and then couldn't fix my window. I then called Rivera's Auto Glass. They got my car in right away, charged me about half of what Safelite wanted, and explained to me about the interior parts of my window and what was broken. They took good care of me! I had a great conversation throughout the repair, and the overall experience made my week (after the burglary and Safelite made it as miserable as could be).”

“Absolutely incredible work and customer service! I had a relatively small issue with my driver's seat where the cushioning had worn out and the leather was cracking. As a 20+ year old vehicle, replacement items are not possible to find, so it required custom rebuilding. Rene and his team refurbished the seat cushion, installed a new seat bottom cover, and revitalized the seat back for a uniform look. The craftsmanship and artistry is next level! Rene goes out of his way to understand precisely what you're wanting. Zero pressure, amazing results. Plus, his facility is like walking into a museum. Classic and exotic cars fill his bays (it's clear why discerning collectors trust him with their prized vehicles). To top it all off, their pricing is extremely reasonable, and a total bargain for the top shelf quality. Before reaching out, I was worried my job would be too small for them to even be interested in, yet Rene and his wonderful front desk staff made me feel like I was valued every step of the way.
