George is super awesome. Ok ok the whole team was terrific. I have no complaints. I highly recommend this place. They treat you like Family. The best part is they go above and beyond to get you what you need to get back on the road again thanks everyone.

We bought a car from Car Kings and the staff was friendly enough, until 4 days after we brought the vehicle home and it wouldn't start. We called the dealer and he recommended we check the fuses and stated that his mechanic had replaced a blown fuse, and we could try to replace with a higher amped fuse. ( a big no no)Sure enough, when we pulled off the cover, I noticed that one of the fuses was the wrong kind (a mini instead of low profile) After the initial call to the dealer they stopped returning our calls. We replaced with the correct kind and a week later the fuse blew again. They knowingly sold us a vehicle with an electrical issue. It left my 76 year old father stranded in Texas heat! I'm not happy! Had to have the vehicle towed to a mechanic. BUYER BEWARE! Find another dealership!

Todd was absolutely amazing, kind, and truthful. We have been truck hunting for 2 straight weeks since moving to Texas. He went above and beyond and helped us finding my husbands truck!! We couldn’t be more thankful.

I want to thank CarKings for exceptional service and customer care! After looking for a reliable vehicle for months, I stumbled upon CarKings because it cought my eye after leaving a dead end dealership that already sold the car I came to see. We were done searching for the day but decided to take one last look. We were greeted by a smiling face (Matt) that had great knowledge of the inventory. He was quick to grab the keys to the couple of SUVs I was interested in. We went for a test drive and he made us feel super comfortable and that we were in great hands. Confident we would love the drive and wouldn't find a better offer. Once we got back I felt totally convinced I found the car for me! Matt told his manager (Moses) what our budget was and he personally talked with us and made us a deal we couldn't refuse. After a few laughs and a family huddle we shook hands and signed the paper work right then and there! It was literally the best car buying experience ever! I'll be coming back for my teens first car for sure, as I know she'll be in great hands! I highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. Ask for Matt and he'll take great care of you!

if i could give zero i would.
Last weekend, my husband and I went minivan shopping
My husband made an appointment with George and he was told to just ask for him when we arrived.
But when we arrived :
*The premises were unclean, with trash on the stairs to the office.
*We stood ignored for several minutes before someone finally asked what we were there for.
*We were told, “George’s not here — all the bosses went for a barbecue.”
*The van we came to see wouldn’t start — not because of a dead key battery, but because the actual car battery was disconnected.
*The employee helping us disappeared and never came back.
*We were locked out of the building and had to re-enter through the front.
*When we asked to see a second van, we were told, “We’re all going home.” Despite their ad saying they were open until 7 p.m.
*When my husband explained that he works 6 days a week and that this was his only day off, the response was, “Well, so do I, honey.”
Even if we saw a stellar deal online we will not come back to this lot. Because here’s the thing:
🚫 If you don’t take care of your premises, why should I trust you care for your vehicles?
🚫 If your staff don’t know your products, how can they help customers confidently?
🚫 If your hours don’t match what’s advertised, how do I trust your word?

Matthew Pearles wasted mine and my wife's time drove half hour from home only too find car was gone two days earlier...great service buddy then acts like its not even a big deal... ever trust a kid trying to sell u a car in crocs!!

BE AWARE THEY JUST PUT THE CAR THAT I HAD AND RETURNED TO THE ENGINE MESSED UP BACK ON THERE INVENTORY AND THEY DIDNT CHANGE THERE MILES ON THE VECHILE WHEN IN FACT I PUT MILES ON THE VECHILETHEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU LOOK AT THE AUDI Q5 2015 PLEASE ASK FOR A CAR FAX BECAUSE THE ENGINE WAS MESSED UP AND A HAD A COOLANT PROBLEM

So I bought a 2013 Chevy Traverse back on February 27,2025 it had a Crack windshield and took a month or so to get it dlfix that was an inconvenience to me cause it had ruin the liner on the top they didn't want to fix it had also told them that I'm disabled and get my check on the third of eackmonth but yet they put my car payment on the 27 of each month they set me up so I would be late on my car and they would pick it up from me . I wasn't late till the third month cause it was either being homeless or pay my car and wen I called Edward he would never answer my phone calls to talk to him to see about pushing that payment back till the end of the the note . Also the transmission had went out the first month of me driving it they don't do inspection on their cars but I still bought the car they don't clean them the way they should be I had to clean that car my self I detail it better then it was . It's got new tint on it I just put brakes and oil change on the car . It got repo I have the money to get it back but they won't give me my car back now so whatever yall do if u get a car from them and it gets repo u won't get it back cause they took My big down payment and my car payments but now they will get someone else to buy that car again and that's how they do their business Edward is not a Good Salemen he's not about helping Customers he's about how to screw them out of their money .... I will be looking into Better Business Bureau... cause I see other people have complained about them doing this to them I was in contact with Todd and another lady about being late and left serval messages their for Edward to call me back and He never did ... I put 4,000 down just for them to take my money from a disable man ...

I came here to Car Kings a week ago with my mother. The manager and George Flores the Car Salesman had exceptional customer service 👍 👏 👌 I would recommend anyone who is interested in buying a vehicle to come here 1st . You won't be disappointed with their customer service!

Had a really good experience. My bank didn't want to give me what I wanted, but we figured out a way to make it work. Everyone there was really helpful. Had a few bumps but everything was made right. Thanks for all your help.
