CareNow Urgent Care - Leon Valley is noted for its extremely nice, friendly, professional, and caring staff and providers. The environment is clean and the visit is often described as swift, efficient, and satisfying. A convenient online check-in system helps minimize wait times. While most experiences are positive, there was one noted concern about a test administration and a longer wait after being taken back to an exam room. Overall, the staff provides amazing, helpful, and comforting care.
Very happy with the service and the friendly people working at the office.
