They had the car I was interested in. Good test drive and excellent purchase experience. I deleted a star because I found a defect with the car that will have to be repaired by a dealership that should have been detected. Brought Mother's car in after she passed away. As executor of her estate, was able to sell. Title was signed in all the wrong places but CarMax was able to help fix it. Showed up with no appt and was in and out in less than 2 hours. Online estimate was 12k, and in person was only 11k. So very fair pricing and estimation!
