I cannot begin to describe the experience I had with this company. Just, WOW. The customer service, communication, product and installation. Phenomenal. And all at nearly HALF the price I was quoted by a couple other places. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend. You will not be disappointed!

Only after Home Depot and Lowe's gouged me with their ridiculous carpet and installation prices I decided to go somewhere else..............................Carpet City................................These guys really went above and beyond!!!Great customer service and the willingness to understand and help me make the right decision while in the store, without any pressure or sales tactics, I had plenty of questions and they couldn't have been anymore helpful!Larry even came out to the house with carpet samples to make sure they fit the look and style of my room. Thanks Larry!The installation process couldn't have been any more professional, the installer even cleaned and vacuumed every nook before leaving.Will do business with them again.Thanks Carpet City ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am totally satisfied with the my purchase! We went and looked at carpet and the staff was awesome. They worked with me on the day I could have it installed. He came out and this man was awesome. He was so polite. He spent the day installing my carpet in my double wide. The price was better than anywhere is San Antonio. My house is in Seguin and they had no problem going out there. I would recommend Carpet City 100%. Thank you again!!Jeri

I had my carpet and flooring done about two years ago. The guys at Carpet City did an exceptional job. It took them two days after the initial estimate to complete the job. I highly recommend them!
