- the flooring installation team manager was a polite and experienced professional. His team took an hour prior to laying the first section of flooring to meticulously measure the layout of our complex herringbone floor design and ensured we understood how and where the herringbone lines should be aligned to the main entrance.
- the team cleaned debris as they worked, and when the floor was down, they started working on the baseboards and 1/4 round. They even fixed the baseboards in areas where it had separated from the wall. Then they installed the 1/4 round, and painted all the baseboard and 1/4 round for consistency. They did more than what they were contracted to do to make it look the way it should look - perfect.

“I called this company last minute after we fired the installers that were going to do it. They came out within a matter of a couple days to give me an estimate, by that evening I had gotten their quote back. I called them the next day and even though they were extremely busy this month, they knew we needed our floors done ASAP since we were about to move in and needed floors done before we did so, they did what they could to fit us in right away. The job was supposed to take about 2 weeks to do the demo of the other floors and install the new floors throughout our 2500 sq ft house. Danny and his crew were AMAZING, though and finished well ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Our vinyl plank floors look PERFECT!! The joints match up seamlessly, it's solid when you walk across it, you don't feel it moving up and down at all. They were on time every day, incredibly reliable, they worked late when they needed to and even worked on a Saturday to get it all done. I was over there every day to check it out and Danny would walk me through and make sure I was happy with everything! We are absolutely THRILLED with the installation and customer service!”
