He was clear with his explanations on the process, recommended floors, total costs involved, and even got me a discount for all the work being done. Regarding the Installation, Michelle Jimenez and the team were great with communication keeping me up to speed on the install dates and estimated completion timeframes. I was out of town on a work trip so all the work was done in my absence. I returned home to a beautifully laid floor and it was very clean and professionally done. Looked like no one had even been in the house! I inspected closely the work that had been done (trim/LVP alignment/threshold transitions) and I could not find any errors. Overall outstanding job by the team and it was something I didn't have to stress over, they handled it like pros. Will definitely use again! -Mike”

“I called this company last minute after we fired the installers that were going to do it. They came out within a matter of a couple days to give me an estimate, by that evening I had gotten their quote back. I called them the next day and even though they were extremely busy this month, they knew we needed our floors done ASAP since we were about to move in and needed floors done before we did so, they did what they could to fit us in right away. The job was supposed to take about 2 weeks to do the demo of the other floors and install the new floors throughout our 2500 sq ft house. Danny and his crew were AMAZING, though and finished well ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Our vinyl plank floors look PERFECT!! The joints match up seamlessly, it's solid when you walk across it, you don't feel it moving up and down at all. They were on time every day, incredibly reliable, they worked late when they needed to and even worked on a Saturday to get it all done. I was over there every day to check it out and Danny would walk me through and make sure I was happy with everything! We are absolutely THRILLED with the installation and customer service!”
