Carpets in San Antonio, TX

“Only flooring company we will ever use. We were so impressed with their knowledge and workmanship. They got us exactly what we needed and wanted. Their installation crew were great and they followed up with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy.”

“I could not be happier with the expertise and selection choices at Sunn Carpets. Stacie was a joy to work with and provided excellent service and knowledge about the different types of carpets and fibers. I will absolutely shop there again.”

“I spilled a glass of wine on a light-colored rug. After tying another place with a very rude man; we went here. Several men went out to the car to get the rug and unrolled it in the store. They assured us that it was a quality rug and was very much worth cleaning. They'd try their best with no promises. I had already had a carpet-cleaner try and I think he may have set it with heat. Two weeks later, I picked it up and the location of the stain had to be pointed out to me. They didn't get it ALL out; but even I can't find it. They were reasonable, pleasant and did good work. I'll be back to have other rugs cleaned.”

“I am very happy with the service I received from Atlas Flooring. Janet was very helpful and patient from the very beginning as me and my wife came by several times to take several different wood flooring samples home. Once we found the right style, Janet walked us through every part of the process, and let us know about their 0% financing for one year, which was a great option. The project was to replace carpet with engineered wood in 2 rooms. This included moving all the furniture and adding new quarter round molding and painting it at the end. The job took 3 days total (1 day for each room, and one day for the extra molding and paint). The installers were very professional and did a great job - the new flooring looks perfect (including all the corners, edges, and transition pieces. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies we looked into. They have their own in-house installers, which means we just had to deal with one company throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company.”

“I called this company last minute after we fired the installers that were going to do it. They came out within a matter of a couple days to give me an estimate, by that evening I had gotten their quote back. I called them the next day and even though they were extremely busy this month, they knew we needed our floors done ASAP since we were about to move in and needed floors done before we did so, they did what they could to fit us in right away. The job was supposed to take about 2 weeks to do the demo of the other floors and install the new floors throughout our 2500 sq ft house. Danny and his crew were AMAZING, though and finished well ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Our vinyl plank floors look PERFECT!! The joints match up seamlessly, it's solid when you walk across it, you don't feel it moving up and down at all. They were on time every day, incredibly reliable, they worked late when they needed to and even worked on a Saturday to get it all done. I was over there every day to check it out and Danny would walk me through and make sure I was happy with everything! We are absolutely THRILLED with the installation and customer service!”

“I couldn't be happier with our experience with Barton Co. Carpets! I called Mike to help get new carpet installed for my elderly parents, and he went above and beyond from day one. He came out to their house that following Monday with a full selection of samples, took exact measurements, and was incredibly patient. He took the time to explain how different carpets and colors would look in their room's lighting to make sure we picked the perfect option.
Once the materials arrived, the installation crew arrived right on time and worked quickly, efficiently, and left the room spotless when they were finished. The entire process was seamless, transparent, and completely stress-free for my parents. Huge thanks to Mike and the team for taking such great care of us. I highly recommend Barton Co. Carpets to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service!”

“My experience from beginning to end was excellent with Carpet City on Pleasanton Rd, S.A. Tx. I was unsure at first because there weren't any current reviews, one current from another location in Wausau. Mr. Larry took the time to explain the different grades and textures of carpet as well as padding, laid out samples of carpet and padding so I could feel what I would be purchasing. On installation day the installer was on time, skilled in his trade, my carpet was installed perfect, it was done in good timing, everything was cleaned and vacuumed at the end of installation. The price was way cheaper than the big box store and I got a better grade of carpet. Mr. Larry did call after installation to make sure we were satisfied with the carpet and installation. If you are looking for carpet and installation I would highly recommend Carpet City on Pleasanton Rd.”

“We had a wonderful time with Ronnie and Lena at Helotes discount carpets. They were very knowledgeable and professional and were helpful every step of the way. The install and finished results were absolutely beautiful. We would definitely recommend this company for all your flooring needs.”

“Fine Lines just did an outstanding job on my home remodeling project. Laurie in the showroom was so very helpful narrowing down the products as they have an amazing selection. Jeff Stafford one of the Partners was helpful as well in checking on the work as well as being exact on the amount of product needed thus decreasing the cost due to unneeded overrun. The install team was on time, friendly, super respectful of the project and got it done and cleaned up in no time.I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Fine Lines to my friends and clients.Job Well Done,Thank you”

“I recently had my area rugs cleaned and needed to buy new pads. I was referred to Rug Studio. I was very pleased with the pads that Scott recommended. They are perfect and make my rugs feel plush and just a treat to walk on. They also disposed of my old pads!!”
