“The below message is what I wrote right after the carpet install. I was very happy, EXCEPT right after writing this, I went to our bedroom and found our expensively wallpapered accent wall we just had installed last week with excessive scratches all along the bottom of the wall. I have added a photo of the carpet install (which came out great), but also the disaster of damage that was done to our wall. Regardless of this, Atlas is taking measures to have this resolved and trust them.Anyway, here is what I had written:I’m so very impressed with Atlas Floors! (I used the one on 1604/Braun)While I had come here previously to browse, this was the first time actually purchasing and installing carpet with Atlas. Angela Cox, salesperson, was very helpful and deeply knowledgeable. She entrusted me with several carpet samples to take home. I was delighted when she was available after hours to talk to on her cell and answer questions that I had. After deciding on the carpet, we were ready to rock-n-roll!Michelle (in scheduling) was aware that I wanted a quick turnaround for the install and she delivered when there was a last-minute opening!Richard and Gilbert were professionals in their craft and work. I couldn’t be more pleased with their professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in the quality of their work. Our master bedroom and walk-in closet now have the look and appeal of a showroom or designer living space!Without a doubt, Atlas Floors will be my "go-to" in our next carpet project.”

“I called this company last minute after we fired the installers that were going to do it. They came out within a matter of a couple days to give me an estimate, by that evening I had gotten their quote back. I called them the next day and even though they were extremely busy this month, they knew we needed our floors done ASAP since we were about to move in and needed floors done before we did so, they did what they could to fit us in right away. The job was supposed to take about 2 weeks to do the demo of the other floors and install the new floors throughout our 2500 sq ft house. Danny and his crew were AMAZING, though and finished well ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Our vinyl plank floors look PERFECT!! The joints match up seamlessly, it's solid when you walk across it, you don't feel it moving up and down at all. They were on time every day, incredibly reliable, they worked late when they needed to and even worked on a Saturday to get it all done. I was over there every day to check it out and Danny would walk me through and make sure I was happy with everything! We are absolutely THRILLED with the installation and customer service!”

“I spilled a glass of wine on a light-colored rug. After tying another place with a very rude man; we went here. Several men went out to the car to get the rug and unrolled it in the store. They assured us that it was a quality rug and was very much worth cleaning. They'd try their best with no promises. I had already had a carpet-cleaner try and I think he may have set it with heat. Two weeks later, I picked it up and the location of the stain had to be pointed out to me. They didn't get it ALL out; but even I can't find it. They were reasonable, pleasant and did good work. I'll be back to have other rugs cleaned.”
