Despite other reviews regarding poor customer service, I had an excellent visit today. One sales associate went out of her way multiple times to look for a specific set of pjs I was looking for and I think the selection and pricing is great. Love the cute clothes and can't wait to come back. Not sure of their names but the 2 women working today around 2 pm were awesome.

Loretta the sales associate is plain and simple rude. If you dont want to do your job quit. She dont know how to use the system so she wouldnt make a return for us eventhough she helped us earlier during the day. What an ugly attitude to treat customers.

I’m giving two stars instead of one simply because the clothes are good quality and I do enjoy what they offer. BUT with that said the customer service is a joke. I went in to exchange a gift that was sent to my daughter that was the wrong size. I specifically told the lady I had a receipt but I wanted store credit to exchange it for something in the correct size. The lady proceeds to just return the item to the credit card used to pay for it, the credit card from a family member who I don’t have contact with. After two managers and a promise of contact in a few days correcting the issue (they needed to email outside sales audit to void the refund and get me a gift card) I’ve got nothing. It’s been 9 days now, I called once this past Monday and was told they’re working on it, and radio silence now since then. It’s Saturday…..I’m absolutely disappointed in the communication. If you can’t fix your error just tell me, don’t ignore somebody for over a week. Be upfront and honest.

I love them. Unfortunately, in my world, most of what they sell is "expensive" to me...especially their shoes.LOVE their sales, though!!! But limited (in-store) items. Better show up right when they open or everything will be gone.
