Sucks that this place is a 2.5 but I give it a five stars because of my experience with the employee Chelsea I wasn't sure if I wanted to sell it or pain it but she was very kind very polite and she made my day so much better because I was having a bad one. And she just fits my day into something else better with a great attitude. As a person who worked in customer service,as we all do but for some reason tend to forget, she brings up the vibe in this place stands out from the rest of the crew because of her confidence. And she speaks English and Spanish which I thought was very unique and helpful. Unfortunately the first times I went there it wasn't so nice and the ladies weren't so polite as I would say, but miss Chelsea is a reason why I keep going back and everytime I go back I want to make sure that she helps me out. And if she's not there, I'll just come back tomorrow.Thank you again and as much as I don't want to see Miss Chelsea because I'm either going to buy something or sell something. Lol?

This is an excellent pawn shop. If you need some extra cash and you have something of value that you want to pawn, this place will give you the best price that is allowable for your item. They do not try to rip you off like other pawn shops do by giving you the lowest amount of money they can for your item. Those pawn shops take advantage of you during a financial need in your life, which is like a snake in the grass. Ez Pawn shops are the worst of all! They give you a ridiculously low price for your items when they know that the item is worth a lot more. Cash America in the shopping center on Commerce St. In San Antonio, just past General McMullen St. on the right, behind taco cabana and KFC is the best! The staff is extremely helpful and best of all, they are honest. If you pawn something and forget to pick it up, they even call you before they put your item up for sale to try to work it out before you lose it. No pawn shops do that other than this place. I love this place!!

I'm actually a long time reliable customer who comes here alot. I was told by an employee the manager was low balling me on a James Avery ring that is retired and showed valued 200.00 she offered 60.00 and is very rude. All the employees are so nice but this lady came from who knows where. She's the big one with the ugly red hair. I always liked coming to this place. She is losing out on good customers and I'm never coming back

If you ever pawn any power tools I would recommend asking for a male representative because the females clearly have no knowledge of what they are being presented and are ignorant to the facts they base the item on looks like as if you were pawning a purse or a pair of heels. My daughter knows the difference in value between a Stihl saw and Echo .

The people at this pawn show have no sense of customer service. I pawned a gaming monitor in very good condition. They low balled me but I took the money because I needed it. It is a $350 monitor and all I got was $65. I got my pawn out a week later. I had to pay the whole credit fee and upon inspection of my item there were new scratches on my monitor. It also looked like some kind of liquid had been splattered on it. When I showed the scratch to the sales associate he persisted that it was just a fingerprint. He offered no help. He didn't try to clean it or see if there was really a scratch. What's even worse the manager was standing right there and never said anything either. This place is never getting my business again. They don't care about their pawned items and don't treat them with care. Don't go here! Drive the extra few miles to go somewhere better!

Don't ever buy anything from this store I just bought a jack it was working fine inside the store but once I tried it on a vehicle it didn't work like you supposed to. Came to speak to the manager and he told me I couldn't get a refund because I didn't get a warranty so overall they might sell you something that looks like it's gonna work but you're gonna find issues once you get home and try it do not buy from this store

I purchased some earrings there, my mistake for purchasing them when I did. They had a few dents and still purchased them thinking I was getting a deal because they lowered their price just a bit. I never noticed the receipt hadn't had the true description of the earrings flaws. So if you purchase an item from them make sure your receipt has all damages.Just Incase you need to return the item you get full credit back. I tried to resell them today they wouldn't even give me half of what I bought them for. They buy items and put them on the shelf for 3/4 times more than what they purchase it for.

Janet has a bad attitude, does not greet anyone when walking through the door, I was waiting in line and she was at her computer with a stank face and waited 5min to look at me and ask "can I help you" this has not been the first time it's happened multiple times. I work in a professional setting and that's the number one thing any employee should do is greet their customers right away.
