I was in utter shock when I walked in after the ceremony to see one tray of chicken, one tray of waffles, three small plates of muffins, and one small fruit tray for 45 people. We ran out of chicken in the first 10 minutes. I was overwhelmed with feelings of embarrassment of the meager quantity of food and outrage that I paid over $1100 for such an incredibly small quantity, and all of it was obviously store bought/ packaged. None of it was actually prepared fresh. This was straight up fraud.

Angel and the staff were wonderful to work with on our event. They were prompt in answering question and fulfilling requests during set-up. Norris is so conveniently located in San Antonio, and it was refreshing not to have to work out of a hotel setting. Easy access in and out.

Attended a speakers convention... Lunch was great!!! The meatloaf was awesome... As was the rest of the meal.

Working with Ana was amazing. She was so responsive to emails and phone calls. The food was outstanding. Our guests all said they really enjoyed the food. The venue said that Ana was one of the easiest caterers they had ever worked with. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Ana and her team are fantastic! From the first appointment to the event, they made sure we were content! Food was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent! I’m so happy I found Norris Catering and chose them to cater our special day.

Catering by Norris just did my wedding this past weekend and the food was beyond AMAZING ?. They were the first caterer I tried for my wedding and I looked no further after their tasting. Wish they would open up a restaurant already so I could enjoy their food everyday! 10/10

We went to two catering tastings and this company won by a landslide. We chose the flat iron steak, Mediterranean chicken, mashed potatoes, mixed roasted veggies, and it all came with salad and rolls. All my guests raved about the food! I’ve been to quite a few weddings where the chicken is dry; this was not the case! We also got 3 different hours d’oeuvres which were delicious at the tasting, but unfortunately some of our groomsmen didn’t get the memo when our coordinator saved some plates for us. A lot of guests also mentioned that they appreciated that the water and iced tea carafes were at each guest table so they didn’t have to keep getting up for refreshments. Communication with CBN was great at first... until it was getting closer to our wedding date and after trying to email our point of contact, I discovered she no longer worked there. I wish they would've notified me first about that, but ultimately they followed through with everything!

Ordered for a wedding, it was awful. Chicken was over cooked and tough. Steak was undercooked even though I like medium rare it was closer the blue rare when it was ordered as medium well. Paid 55+ a plate and the portion size was awful. Potato’s We’re literally an unrecognizable mess and served as a small ball that was maybe two table spoons big. 2 asparagus pieces per plate... at $55 you could at least give me a decent portion of asparagus. The salad looked like my 4 year old niece went to the back and slapped some Romain on the plate and vomited Ceasers and said it was gourmet. Avoid at all cost. Ruined the dining experience of the event.

I am completely unsatisfied with the food that was presented to me, my wife, and family for my wife and I’s wedding. The chicken was dry to the point that it became unbearable to continue eating along with the potatoes to which I barely even touched due to it being cold. I can continue on how poorly the catering was that it ruined the experience of my wedding and having to face the embarrassment me and wife had to experience on that day. Because of me my wife and other guest did not enjoy and complained about their food. which should have been a very special day for our wedding instead it left me and my wife with a bad taste in our mouths. I am very disappointed that my wife had spoken highly of the food when she had went for tasting for the food only to be terrible the day of my wedding and that it had turned out awful. My disappointment with the catering and food is immeasurable and my wedding dinner was ruined.

They really go over and beyond to serve and feed. The lunch was delicious and the chocolate cake was amazing. This is the place to host your event.
