I'm back in town and super excited that Cato's is still in business! I'm looking forward to trying all the stores to see which one will be my go to. Unfortunately it will not be this store. I spent and hour in the store and outside of the welcome to Cato's, and me asking for a fitting room there was No customer service given- none! The store wasn't busy during my visit, so there was no reason not to -at least ask " Are you finding everything okay? OR is there anything I can help you with?" Just poor customer interaction, and the employees should be dressed for the job. I will not return to this location, but I'm still excited about trying the rest. As a past retail manager, I recommend this store go through a Cato standard training, train on customer service and apply it, as well as dress code and apply it- a work standard is still important.
I did buy some really nice items, it's Cato's and I love the items they carry.

I use to go this location all the time and the staff was always professional and nicely dress which since you are working at a clothes store, it's important. I was on this side of town yesterday and wanted to exchange a purse I bought at another location. Some of the beads fell off so I wanted to exchange it. The girls there who looked like they just rolled out of bed, one in a concert T-shirt told me they didn't have the product in stock so they couldn't look it up and also I had to go to the store I bought it at. Didn't even attempt to help. I felt like I was a bother to them. Im glad I don't live anywhere near this location anymore.

Bought a few nice colorful clothes to mix and match for the summer....would like to see more choices in "fun summer vibe" colors and designs in sizes 22/24.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a Cato. The sales associates, who did not greet me, were gossiping about how they've never seen me in the store before. They also made sure to shout across the store for my son not to climb a clothing rack, which I was watching and was about to reprimand. They offered no help and stood behind the counter with a rude face the whole time. When I went to check out, they were friendly with the family behind me but not with me. They could use some refreshing in customer service.

I love running into Cato’s. I scan there sale racks and pick up individual items to update my wardrobe for each season. I have been many sizes and I never leave empty handed! I make my last stop at their jewelry sale and other items that are in style. I loose earrings so they are perfect for everyday wear.

I like to shop here , good prices for seasonal clothes. Staff here …terrible !!!! Rude, like we are a bother to unlock a dressing room. Approach the check out and they don’t speak a word . Very unfortunate they can’t hire people with customer service skills.

Walked in just now to location off Bandera Rd.... 2 employees and me. Both saw me, and neither even acknowledged me. I had to say hello first for them to acknowledge I was in store. ? They appeared upset/annoyed with each other, but customer service needs to come first. Scanned the racks anyway, noticed that some of the clearance dresses were in with the regular priced items still at regular price. ?♀️

Very nice clothes for women who are plus size at reasonable prices and the employees are very courteous will be coming back especially when it is difficult to find clothing that fits you correctly

I was in there yesterday. 3 employees and I’m the only customer. Not one said hello, can I help you find something? I went to try on clothes in the fitting room and was counting the items and the lady said just go to 5 I don’t need to know how many with a attitude. Checking out not a bye out thank you for shopping here. We’ll never go back!
