I placed an online order and called customer service to check status and was told it was already shipped to the store right after I placed the order. I called the store twice and was told very rudely that they have not received my order! I called customer service back and was told yes that order was shipped to store so not sure what is going on with my order! Lesson learned not to order from Cato again. The two different people that have answered the phone at this store (Potranco Rd) are very rude and has no customer service skills at all. I'm guessing no one wants to take the time to look for my order. No online orders anywhere ever take this long to receive.

I do not know what changed here. The manager was so helpful and really made my visit very nice. Saved a ton of money, bought 3 dresses and 5 shirts for 120.00, great sales and good quality. ?

It's been a while since we last were here because the clothes had started to look like "old lady" clothing style lol. Now, though, it's a lot better!! The styles are fresh and very colorful! Go check it out! They even have 30 day layaway too!!
