This company has been repairing my vehicle since October 25,2023. They claim they have made all necessary repairs and every time I arrive to pick vehicle up it is never ready. They have asked me leave my vehicle there just a little longer and when I am called back it is still not repaired. I am now starting a paper trail and I’ve requested for them to please email me a detailed explanation repairs and to please email me when my vehicle is ready for me to pick up instead of a phone call but they have yet to contact me.

They had my land rover from march twenty nine through october twenty third. They said that they were waiting for parts where rest of Patt's was sent to them. And they were eat maroon and did not look for it. Father maw the fat that they're waiting for has been discontinued for over two years and substituted with send pat numbers.. I would caution anybody who wants to send their car there for repai.

Top notch auto repair. My truck was nearly destroyed in a hail storm, and they worked tirelessly to repair it to better than new. Great attention to detail. You will not be dissappointed.

I had a fender bender in my chevy silverado. I took my truck to Cavender Collision Center an they took care of me. My truck looks brand new like nothing happen. Highly recommend Cavender Collision

Didn’t paint complete area needing corrected, missing the entire roof edge. Additionally they removed my dome lights from the headliner and didn’t replace them. I am attempting to resolve the issues with them at the moment and will update my progress.

Armando has terrible communication first second he ran the truck without any fluids in it and the truck had to be towed to Cavender North to have the monitor rebuilt.My truck has been there for 4 months. Wrong parts ordered and charged to my insurance. Grill doesn’t line up. Fog light’s did not have light bulb. Sensors still don’t work. Quality control sucked.Overall experience was terrible.

Waste of time and effort. This company ignored my request for a quote via their website. When I followed up by phone, I was given the runaround and hung up on once. I was the told by Andres to bring my car in for a repair estimate. After driving down, I was told I didn’t speak with Andres.This company is either highly incompetent or doesn’t want additional business. Don’t waste your time with them.

Excellent service! My Service Advisor, Buddy, was on it! Very professional! Rearend collision put my ride in the shop. Replaced damaged rearend, bumper and back side panels along with associated sensors. My Buick Enclave was practically Brand New by the time Cavender Collision was done with all repairs! Very seamless work! Would definitely use them again!!!Services: Painting

The customer service and quality of work at Cavender Collision is unbeatable! They were able to start working on my vehicle right away, were extremely efficient with the repairs and the price was very reasonable. I am very happy with the results!

After our phone call to Cavender collision about being them being able to find a 2006 part, I didn’t expect to hear back that the tow hook cover would be found so we went with plan B. Then, we get a call that the part, miraculously, was in, painted and ready to put on. Well, we had it about a week, most of the time parked in garage, and now the piece is off again. I didn’t think it was done very permanently and was not too surprised but still disappointed in this company.Services: Installation
