This family owned business treat you with respect and honesty. They take the time to explain everything in detail. You never feel pressured or that they are going to take advantage of you.It's NOT just for tires, they also have mechanics that are very knowledgeable. Their service is great! I will keep coming back for all my automobile issues!

Purchased a new set of tires for my car and found prices to be more reasonable than the big "discount" shops. Also had an alignment done at a fair price. There was a communication breakdown on my spare tire, but I called the shop and went back by and it was corrected right away with no additional charge. The staff offered water and an air conditioned waiting area while the work was completed. The lady in the office explained the coverage options for roadway hazard, the different price levels/brands available including tire warranty information, and was very professional. Overall, this is a great place to purchase tires and get repairs done, you won't be sorry you saved money and time! They are efficient and friendly, and do other car repairs, just ask them. I highly recommend this place over other shops in the area. Owner should be commended on doing business and having staff that do the job right.

This shop has great customer service. I've been coming to them for over 12 years. My most recent visit was excellent. I got a new set of tires at a reasonable price along with new suspension work that was completed. There was no need to go back for any type of warranty work. I highly recommend this shop.

Great customer service. Took my car in for an oil change and learned that they offered much more services for your vehicle. I decided to get a paint job on the hood of my car. I love it! The work is very good. Can’t wait to finish up the rest. Thank you.

i could rave about this shop all day.. going into it i’d never been to a mechanic before as i’ve always been scared of being taken advantage of. i made the right choice coming here! the guys are extremely helpful and only care about the best for your vehicle and making sure you’re educated on what’s happening and what needs to be done. to top it off isela is insanely sweet and helpful she really knows her stuff and can give great recommendations as far as certain parts for future visits. i am now a loyal customer.

I highly recommend CD Tire #5. I had a very good experience with this business. I spoke to JR and I explained my problem with my car. He knew exactly what was wrong with it. Isela from the office was the best. Such great customer service. The prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be going back for any tire or mechanical issues. Zero complaints here on this hidden spot. This place was highly recommended by a friend after badly needing an unexpected alignment. Not only was i squeezed in on a busy day, but everyone i was in contact with were exceptional. I was able to finish my work day while truck was being fixed with no problems. I'm so glad i was recommended to go here. Definitely would recommend to others for exceptional service, quality performance and affordability.
