We had a wonderful experience with Central Transportation Systems! John, especially was very kind, and attentive to detail. The team from Central Transportation Systems did a phenomenal job packing up my household goods in San Antonio. Heather, Terry, Renee, and Josie were the model of professionalism, kindness, and competence. They made short work of a packing job that we expected to take multiple days. They finished on day one. This review is overdue, but it's been on my list of things to do because we received such great service. They moved us into hour house in September '23 and were very friendly and professional. The even offered to pick up our empty boxes at a later date so we could take a few days to unpack, which was extremely helpful. Great service and very friendly.

These people severely damaged or completely lost virtually everything I own. I paid $5000 for them to move my stuff and they costed me $5000 in damage. For the love of God, if you see this company show up at your door, send them home. They literally lost my wife's piano and a $600 plasma ball. Poof, gone...Then they promised to fix the stuff they damaged and never called or showed up to fix it.
