I recently brought my car to a local San Antonio auto shop and was disappointed by the overall experience. I was charged for repairs that a trusted mechanic later told me were unnecessary given the vehicle’s condition. During the service, I noticed fresh oil smudges on the seats and fingerprints on multiple interior surfaces. After picking up the car, I discovered an oil stain on the driver’s seat cover that hadn’t been there before. I also found a crack in the windshield that was not present when I dropped the car off. Although the staff suggested the crack might have been caused by hail, I feel they should have inspected and disclosed any existing damage before proceeding. The communication about the scope of work and cost estimates was unclear, and I ended up paying more than I expected. I recommend confirming all charges in writing and thoroughly inspecting your vehicle before and after service. My experience was not what I had hoped for, and I will be exploring other options for future maintenance.

You must go here! This is a private collision center and not a corporate center. They are like a small family and REALLY care for their customers!!! I worked with Julian and Christina a lot and they were very patient, understanding, and super professional even when I was upset (with the insurance company and not them)! They did a great job on my minivan and I even met the owner and he helped take care of me too. We will definitely be using them again for my recent hail claim 😭. Let’s support small businesses and use them! They want to make sure the job gets done right!

I wanted they were very professional call was very clean and pick up haven't had any problems yet... Right now please satisfied!!! I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family members. They kept me informed, did whatever they could to help me, and when I picked up the car it was immaculate extremely clean!!!!!!! At this point I must say I'm satisfied. (Haven't driven it long enough) But at this point I'm satisfied I would recommend them!!!!!!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with any auto body shop. I took my car here after an accident, expecting a smooth repair process through insurance. Instead, they held my car for weeks, didn’t do a single bit of work, and then charged me $800 for absolutely nothing.
They gave me excuse after excuse, kept promising updates, and completely wasted my time. In the end, I had to take my car somewhere else—and they refused to return the money. I basically paid $800 for them to park my car and lie to me.
This place is a scam. Unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful. Don’t trust them with your car or your money. I regret ever walking through their doors.

My Mom got into a car accident and had her truck taken here to get fixed with insurance. It was just a horrible experience for her. Insurance ended up totaling out the truck because they were charging way to much. She was told multiple times all parts were OEM and in fact most were after market along with they have a no return policy on parts ordered. She got stuck owing the amount for parts so she had to get her truck fixed there. Just dont recommend there at all.

When I first reached out during the holidays, I was looking for answers, and after a couple of days, Marcos, Julian, and Christina got back to me and helped me through the entire process. My insurance claim ended up involving some bad faith issues, but they stood by me literally and made sure I had the support I needed in dealing with State Farm.
Even though State Farm didn’t do right by entirety of the bill, the team handled the situation fairly, making sure I was able to get my car back without facing a serious financial burden. They were honest, professional, and actually took the time to listen. I’m leaving a well-earned five-star review.

I would recommend Certified Collision to anyone needing body work for their vehicle. The employees are very professional and friendly. They treated me so well and did an awesome job on my car. Five stars for sure!

They must delete the negative reviews because no way they should have 4.7 stars.
My car accident was in July ‘23 and I am still have issues with my car to this day. I unfortunately have been paying out of pocket because I do not trust this facility. Everything seemed fine until I got my car back the 1st time and my doors were uneven but ALOT. My seats were stained with oil hand prints (mind you my vehicle was brand new. My parked car was hit. I had only had the car for about 1 month). When I brought it to the collision centers attention they basically said that’s not our fault these things happen???
My windshield was not put in correctly, I had water coming and air sounds. The tint was scratched and had to be replaced. None of the screws were tightened on my sun visors. The trimming was inside was coming out. Each time I had to bring my car back. In total brought it back 8 times. EIGHT TIMES. Since my car was brand new it has a tracking system in it therefore I was able to see on my phone each time they drove my car. The mechanic (old dude) had been driving my car to run errands, stopping at stores and paint shops. He was supposed to be calibrating it. When I approached the manager (chubby dude) he said sorry I can’t control them. What do you mean you cannot control your staff to respect customers car??? They also scratched my car on the side.
I was even missing my door stickers that go in the inside. I wish I was kidding when I say more things kept going wrong. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

Not knowing what was wrong with my car went to this place on word of mouth and they will always have my business! Not only was Mark knowledgeable about what was wrong but he was fast and sufficient! Jennifer the front desk girl was amazing, very friendly! The whole staff was amazing! Thank you guys
