We originally planned to buy our home without a Realtor—just a simple sale with a neighbor. That plan fell apart fast. The paperwork was a mess, and the seller wasn’t easy to work with.
I called Cesar, who I knew through the school where I work, and he jumped in immediately. He gave us a great rate, was incredibly responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. He handled not just the standard home-buying process, but also some pretty wild attempts from the seller to cut corners. Cesar stayed patient, professional, and had a great sense of humor the entire time.
We couldn’t have done it without him. Highly recommend— especially if you need someone who can calmly handle whatever weirdness the deal throws at you.

I wouldn’t go with anyone else. He is transparent, professional, and takes the entire process from A-Z. Especially being out of state, this is the type of professional I needed. I’ve have experience with other brokers in the area and his service is unmatched. 10/10 would use again.

Cesar Amezcua is great! I reached out to him to help me sell my house in San Antonio, I live in the Dallas area. From the beginning he went over all the details of how he works and how he would guide me through the entire process. This was especially helpful since I don’t live in SA. He got to work with his staff to make necessary repairs and kept in contact with me regularly and really taking the time to talk with me and never made me feel rushed. Even though he said toward the end of the sale I may speak with someone from his staff for any details, this never happened, he walked me through the entire process. We priced the house right and got a good price in the end. The last day of closing he made himself available to me all day just in case. After the sale he gave me a list of things I needed to do.
He is very professional and respectful! I had a bad experience with another realtor so I was a bit apprehensive but Cesar turned it all around for me. If I ever need a realtor again I would use him and I would highly recommend him!

Cesar Amezcua is absolutely second to none as a realtor. He really takes care and consideration to make sure you’re getting exactly what you’re looking for. I never felt pressured at all to buy something I wasn’t 100% on. Additionally, he was always very honest and forthcoming when he saw an issue with a property, even if that meant we didn’t put in an offer. Cesar was always available for any questions or concerns. He made the buying process a lot less stressful. Even after buying our house, he still was around to make sure we were well taken care of. If you’re looking for a realtor, Cesar Amezcua is the absolute best. I would refer him to my closest friends and family. I plan on contacting Cesar for all of my property needs in the future. you don’t need to look anywhere else.

Cesar Amezcua is extremely knowledgeable and will help you find a great home. We have a great experience purchasing our home custom to our needs. Cesar advised us on the location and type of neighborhood, landscape, etc and advocated for us to get repairs needed in the house to ensure it was ready to move in.

I'm writing this review after the newness wears off. You know the years after and you wonder... Did i have the best? I can absolutely say yes! I had a new build that has stood the test of time. Why? Because Cesar made sure it would. He stood on counters to make sure they painted everything and checked all the hidey holes. Years later, I still get cards and Christmas Party invites. Honestly, I could text him today for a recommendation and he would still answer. Being secure after the purchase? Priceless.

Cesar helped me buy my first home recently and I cannot recommend him and his team enough. He made the process as easy as it could be and shared a lot of information that helped me along the way. He will steer you in the right direction and be honest with you throughout the entire process and will not pressure you into something you are not comfortable with.
