Deserves 0. Literally been waiting 5 days for our delivery. Their numbers don’t work and when you finally get ahold of someone they’re rude and hang up after waiting 15min. I cannot believe Amazon is a subpar company. Our package us $1100 but no one knows where it is but it’s in “transit”.

Had a delivery rescheduled the last 2 days with excuses both days as to why they couldn’t deliver. No call or any notification as I had to be home for the delivery. 2 days of wasted time. I had to call and ask where my package was. Very poor customer service.

Package was supposed to be left at the door. It was heavy and they left it on my driveway. When I asked if they could please put it at the door the man said no but the shipping label clearly says by the door. Awful service and no phone numbers work

They came early, were professional. These other negative reviews had me concerned, but everything went GREAT!!

Would not recommend this company for Texas business. Took 140 hours to deliver a package from 249mi away (1.78mph). It would have been faster to walk to the package and bring it back.

They ghosted me on my delivery time and still have not called for a reschedule time. They do not have phone numbers that have live attendants.

Ceva Log was used to transport a product to my residence. My product was two weeks late due to “priority” that Ceva Log put in front of me. Although they were a third party delivery service, they should have held the same delivery time as agreed upon. Not happy about their service, I had to call twice and was told each time that I would receive a call back which I didn’t receive.
