If I can put no stars I would but I used this atm and it said it gave cash and did t dispense anything so I called the atm number and they said I have to dispute this with my own bank never will I use this atm again made my whole day the worse trying to fix this issue

This ATM is always down, just came back and it wont even accepted deposits, chase, please fix this and be sure it's always working. Update.. went this morning and guess what.. it is still down...
