I am writing to share my recent experience at the Chase Bank branch regarding a concern I had about a charge on my credit card. Unfortunately, my interaction left me quite frustrated, and I believe it is important to bring this to your attention.
After having difficulty resolving the issue over the phone with a third-party representative, who repeatedly disconnected the call and provided little assistance, I decided to visit my local Chase branch. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the branch manager, who immediately acknowledged my concern and assured me that I would receive help.
However, after a brief wait, I was assisted by a representative who informed me that she couldn’t address my issue because it was related to my credit card. She connected me to another representative, but during the call, I was left waiting for an extended period. When I expressed my concerns, the branch manager returned and mentioned that the representative claimed I was being rude. I requested her to review the security footage to confirm that I was merely a concerned customer trying to resolve a valid issue.
Regrettably, the situation escalated when the branch manager instructed me to sit down, which I refused to do. She then threatened to stop assisting me altogether. This experience was disheartening, especially considering I was seeking help to prevent the issue from worsening.
It’s disappointing to note that this branch has a low rating, and my experience reflects the challenges that customers may face. I hope this feedback can help improve customer service in the future.
I would like to hear from a regional manager or director. In regards to this matter.

1 teller, 15 customers in line ...all these old people in line watching videos with the volume up all the way because they can't hear...this is unbearable. Please hire more tellers so we don't have to be tortured in your bank

This branch location has by far been the least helpful in their customer service support for customers. I’ve been dealing with the same bank representative for over two weeks and he has yet to help find a solution for me while my brother’s disability money is sitting in an account on hold because of his inability to do his job. His incompetence has caused a great deal of unnecessary stress and frustration. I quickly went to a new branch and they fixed my issue the SAME day!! Please don’t waste your time here.

Had someone wrote $3,500 wroth of fake checks against my business account. They used the online mobile app to steal from my business account. It was a another chase member. Even though is was a chase check, with a chase app by a chase member, I was told I still cant get my money back. The checks where badly written with one check even having the word "Void" it and I still cant get my money back. I am moving my account to frost or Jefferson back where they can bring more security to a business bank account. Don't use chase for a business bank account. The mobile app they have can be use to easily take money from your account.

I had to wait for my mom and most of the time I was just a physical presence that accompanied her, even though I think I do play a role being the beneficiary of her account.

You can't keep your money here.I haven't used it in a few years, but was notified that I was under $50 dollars. Didn't understand, since I never used that account. Now, later I'm told it's in the minus. Chase has been stealing my money for putting my money in their bank. And still didn't stop billing me when they took my last cent. Now, I owe them money for stealing my money. Corporations in America really have no moral justice to their customers ?. Dishonesty, to take your last cent and make you pay for it double... Corporations ruined this country with greed. Put your money in a Credit Union, they at least won't take your money if you let it sit there. Greedy banks do take your money. Why do people accept how greedy corporations take people money. Stop doing business with them.
