Find another bank that doesn’t surprise you with hidden fees,like non-atm fees when your using a Chase ATM at a bank location ?♂️ & plus customer service/support is lame.

Horrible customer service in the drive tru teller. Marie has entitlement issues and conducts service to you as if she’s doing a favor for you . I’m switching my accounts to a different Bank. I encourage other Chase customers to do the same. No good reviews from this branch

I had to close my account due to many issues with and getting no where with trying to call in and using the mobile app. It was EXTREMELY frustrating and I was just getting the run around.Canaska is incredible! She was professional, efficient and kind! She took care of everything quickly!
