The staff is always friendly and professional. The branch manager Christina Acosta is EXCEPTIONAL. I had two situations that required management intervention, and Christina went waaayyyyy above and beyond to make sure these matters were handled satisfactorily and to conclusion. I went to another SSFCU branch before visiting this Culebra/1604 location but was told that they could not help me. Christina is the only person who actually took the time to listen and look for solutions to address my issues. I have never written a Google review on a bank but I had to give this branch and Christina Acosta a shout out. Thank you!!”
