This establishment needs to close already, the tellers dont greet, everyones tries to look busy, no tellers available, no cash on handI treat this branch Basically like a drivethru atm..Useless

Avoid Chase bank if you can. After decades of doing business both personal and my business I finely have to give it up. I keep over 100k in business savings but now they are charging me a service fee for my personal checking account. We discontinued the one you have had. Their answer- either go elsewhere or pay our fees. They botched my PPA Loan after two months went to a local credit union and got one in 7 days. But they still charged me a processing fee.Chase has no interest in small local business. Even the drive thru is only open from 9-5. No help to business people their excuse is COVID. Everyone else is open but Chase just squeezing every dollar they can.

This is the worst chase location I have ever visited. They gave me the run around and told me they could not help me. I have been a chase customer for 20+ years and will he taking my business elsewhere.

I really like this branch of Chase Bank. It's located on Bandera Road. It's a self-service branch. I called them this morning and not a debit card reinstated and the service was examplary!!

DON'T COME TO THIS BRANCH! They don't have ANY tellers at all and the only suggestion was to go to a different bank. I'm going to start by NOT supporting this one at all. I'm a business owner and all I need was $1s. I think this ridiculous and they should close this branch and just keep a ATM here. That's all this one is good for in the first place. What are the employees doing anyway??? Didn't look like much.

The best attention ever seen. Rick Salinas and all staff in general were really gentle, informative and welcoming. Considering there are no bank tellers they're completely multitask and that's a plus considering the situation.

Miss the drive thru and tellers. I'd give them an extra star, but when I asked an employee why they got rid of the drive, he said, "it's a new way of banking." Then he pointed at an empty table with a couple of computers, and said "we can't discriminate." Hugh?

This bank used to have the best tellers I’ve ever dealt with at any bank. Chase has replaced them with ATM’s. They took away the best part of banking here, the people.
