While I generally appreciate Chase Bank, my recent experience at this particular branch was significantly below par. We were initially informed that the wait time would be approximately 30 minutes, however, we ended up waiting for over 90 minutes. When I approached an employee after the prolonged wait, she casually suggested visiting other branches. I expressed disappointment, questioning why, if they were uncertain of the exact timeline, did they set an expectation of a 30-minute wait. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. The level of customer service provided in this instance was, regrettably, very poor.

40 minutes wasted of my time. They dont have any consistance in their regulation nor procedures. Some days yes, some other days not, they are not rude, but very bad trainned and organized.

How paradoxical--I had the most positive experience of my banking life, even though it was concerning a potentially awful situation. Someone digitally opened a checking account in my husband's name, submitting a "change in phone number" at the same time. We wouldn't have found out in a timely manner were it not for the bank having sent a debit card to our address. When we went to this bank location to find out why we had received that card, we learned that it was no accident, that it was a case of identity theft.Sounds pretty bad, right? But I was lucky to be assigned to banker Zach Villarreal, who took the time to investigate the situation thoroughly and called the fraud department to learn more. I was able to note when and how the account was opened and what steps to take to prevent this sort of thing from happening again. And of course, the account is CLOSED. I've banked at little banks (too little, even, for my non-profit), predator banks (Wells Fargo), credit unions (ask me about the time USAA lost the proceeds of our house sale for 24+ hours), and banks that went bankrupt. I never expected to be singing the praises of Chase Bank, but here I am.Give it a try. And ask for Zach Villarreal. Because you're not just an account number with him.

Absolute terrible wait times. Waiting in line in the drive thru for over half an hour and still 3rd in line. Not expecting a reply from corporate. Once these companies become so big; they're to good to respond to customer complaints and just brush them off. What a shame. Taking my business to another bank.

HORRIBLE customer service. Slow ATM machines and if they aren’t slow they simply aren’t working. Has happened too many times for me to deposit $200+ for the machine to eat it, start having technical difficulties and I don’t receive that money until a month later. If it weren’t for this low quality location I wouldn’t have any problems with chase.

I accompanied my mother who had heart surgery to the bank for some paperwork to be filled out. We were not greated or helped. We were lied to by three people who kept passing us on to others. One lady flat out lied and went behind the locked door with the key pad and never returned. The first lady who was suppose to help us started making calls while customers... Us were inside in need of assistance. I do not recommend this branch. They have no clue what customer service is or to be human. I actually give them zero stars but get what can you do. They need humanity training and a clue.
