I went in to cash a check and was nervous because it was my first time having to cash a check. The staff were very welcoming and helped me right away! I was sad that the closest Chase locations to me closed down but I will definitely be visiting this branch when I need to go in!

Had an appointment today to take care of some things for my elderly mother's account, we actually came in at the wrong time but the Manager and Chris still helped us take care of everything 100%. Thank you again!

Chase took 12 days to process a cashier check.And took 10 days to process a personal check when transferring from other bank. When called their check processing dept, they say they have robust process and doesn't see a need for improvement. How will they improve when they don't even see the problem?

Terrible service and insurmountable red tape. My mother passed away she had an account here set up as a trust. After nearly 4 months they still will not release the funds. It should not have to go through probate. The person helping us did not know how to handle it. We know the process well because we did the same at a nearby credit union and it took less than a week. Chase will never have my buisness!

If you want an easy banking experience avoid this location. I have waited awhile to leave a review because people can have bad days but apparently every day is a bad day there, especially for Brittany. The people are mostly unprofessional and condensing, but Brittany is by far the worst. If she spent more energy on doing her job as opposed to getting out of it, things would go far more smoothly. I have had multiple experiences with her and none of them ever good. If it is close to closing she will claim she can't find your account. She has claimed they can't take multiple deposits in the drive thru and I would have to go inside, but oh, there is a long line so it would be better to come back tomorrow. Except there was absolutely nobody inside at all. She just lied to try and get rid of me. Another time she was going to have me redo all of my deposit slips, "but it would better to come back and we could review them tonorrow." The most absurd experience here was when her and another woman told me my deposits in my bag were too "messy" so I would need to come back tomorrow. ? Chase, get your house in order because I'm about to take my business account across the street to Frost of you don't.

Brittany was amazing! I came here today to cash a check from someone who banks here and she was wonderful! She explained there may be a 10.00 fee since I don’t bank here, but checked prior and came back with great news…No fee! She was so friendly and I enjoyed my experience with Chase!
