I came in to get a bank account, looked for a sign in sheet, there was none. So I waited patiently and no one cared to ask if I needed anything. I walked around, I had to ask to be helped. But this elegant lady walked in and right away they tended to her. Having second thoughts about this place.

I don't recommend chase bank to anyone I had the worst experience if you ask me I think there crooks I deposit a check that was mistakenly signed wrong after having an account there for four years chase think it a fraud and kept the funds they closed my account with no notice or me signing anything crook's all the way please think twice before you sign with chase bank

The account man didn’t want to open an account for my daughter because we went in 15min prior to closing. We will not open an account with chase.

Exceptional service! After several attempts from online, to a telephone appt to no answer at an open branch, arriving and being told no appts avail today...I almost gave up. Spoke with a Brooks at Blanco/1604 who helped me get an appt at NW Military/Wurzbach pkwy. From the minute I arrived it was nothing but timely, professional and courteous! Thank you so much Pete Garcia and the gentleman in training!! Yall ROCK!

I wrote a check to an individual and Chase refused twice to cash it. First they said they needed his entire name on the check- not just first and last! Then after that was corrected they once again failed to honor the check! I am a home builder and I have newer encountered a situation like this. A bank that won't deposit their own customers paycheck. I thought maybe after all the trouble they went through since 2013 that maybe their attitude toward their own customers would change. I guess when dealing with crooks like Chase bank, they think everyone else is as crooked as they are? Message to everyone, beware of Chase bank.

The branch manager is very inconsiderate and careless and of course his employees. Dont visit this branch. They provide misleading inconsistent information.Overall my experience with chase is the worst. Customer service over the phone is bad and rude. Longest waiting time.Please dont use chase and better use any other bank.
