I have been banking with Chase Bank for over 40 years. I do my banking at 8597 Blanco Rd. I absolutley love the staff and doing my personal baniking there. When I have an issue, which is rare, I can go to Raymond M. Beltran, who is always there and delivers excellent service. He sets a very good example for his staff. When I go use the drive through, I can always count on Brenda and Melissa to assist me with a smile. They are competent and efficient. I highly recommend this bank in particular and Chase in general. Yesterday 12/31/22 there was a male helping me was the only male at the window and two other females, as I approached the window i asked “how you doing bud”, he stayed silent with no reply, thing was! He wasn’t to pleasant as i tried to talk to him, asked him for 100 in 20’s stayed silent, also as he finished up with counting and giving my bills in a envelope, i wished him happy new years and a good day and still silent/ no reply, if he was having a bad day he can keep that at home and not bring it to work, he needs/should be more civil than a silent little boy he acted, so to my assumptions :) i should of walked to the ladies and i do that next time when I go back and see him again walk to him and then change my mind and walk to the ladies taste of he’s own medicine. :))

Terrible service. We tried to open a Sapphire Preferred card and they struggled nonstop in sending it. Even spoke with the branch manager who couldn't get the delivery address right. All in all, it took 2 months to get a 1-3 business day delivery.

Dan Ebert is my stock broker at this location and he always makes time to help me in anyway he can. Always goes the extra mile. He is a great asset to this branch and Chase Bank. I highly recommend him as a broker. If you an experienced investor or have limited knowledge he's your guy.

Never use Chase Bank for anything! They are all about your money, that is taking it. They won't let you make extra payments in your house. And if you pay too much, they don't put any of the payment toward the monthly payment l. They put all of it in escrow and then double charge you the next month and charge you a late fee!!

I’ll give them 2 star, only because at least they get the job done. But every time I come in, inside and drive thru, it takes SO LONG. Not sure if they are understaffed or what but seriously this is ridiculous. It’s EVERY TIME I come and spend at least 20-30mins here. I even had to give them my social security number one time because I didn’t have my debit card on me. Like what??? I’ve never been asked for my social! My ID and zip code should be enough!

This branch is not given the service it used to . I had a situation with the stolen of my PIN number of my debit card there was only one representative who dismissed my situation like it was not important at that moment. Rude person
