Over the last year and a half the ATM at this branch has been broken 75% of the time. I'm being generous with that percentage. It's probably closer to 85%. Twice in the last month it would not let me deposit money even though it appeared to accept it. The chute opened back up and my money came flying out. With the wind I ended up having to chase after my money blowing away. Not being able to retrieve it all I had to go inside on the next business day because I couldn't get a $50 bill blowing across Evans Rd. Luckily they credited my account the $50 that went missing. This is the most convenient bank to my house and the one that I frequent the most but it's getting frustrating week after week not to be able to do my banking. When I brought it to the attention of the branch manager he just kind of shrugged and said yes we've been having problems with the machine. Well 12 months later the problems are still happening. They have been aware of the situation and will not replace the machine. I would like for this problem to be corrected so I can update my review back to five stars. Customer service applies at all levels whether it's in person or at the branch ATM. Come on Chase, do better!

I was trying to make a deposit for my employer. I know the policy is to have an ID, but I left mine at home. I was super courteous and asked if a picture of my ID would work. After delegating with her coworkers, the girl that "helped"me refused because they said they've never seen me before. I come at least twice a week.I wasted my time and gas going back and forth between my workplace and the bank. I send my receptionist instead and they didn't even ask for his ID! Policy is inconsistent. Some of the employees are rude and cold. I am a Hispanic woman and my receptionist is a white male. Can't help but feel like that is a part to play in there as to the reason they would trust him and not me. This was his first time ever doing a bank run, so they definitely would not have known him. Smh. Do better.

Branch poor customer service tellers, bankers and even the vice president horrible, horrible man. He is aggressive and rude has not idea how to do the first thing which is customer service. It is well known employees behave the same way as their leader and undeniably this is the case. They should go to a bigger city to be teach some manners and a professional attitude.

Made an appointment online and when I walked in was immediately greeted. I only waited a few minutes and then met with Mrs. Martinez whom was super polite and helped me with what I needed.

Chase at this location was wonderful to me while trying to work with my father's probate issues, Jaime and Winnifred went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me through some stressful and emotional moments. I am extremely grateful to them. This is also Jaime the manager's second time doing the exact same things for me since the first parcel was lost from USPS.

Had one of the worst experiences opening a business checking account about a month ago. Various mistakes on their part led to wasted hours for me and my partner. Banker even ignored my request to speak to the manager (though he left a VM right before they closed later that day). Wasn't going to write this review despite everything, but I just got charged a lame service fee even though the banker said a minimum balance was not required in the first month. Maybe not their fault, but do yourself a favor and avoid this branch. I would have just deposited the money right away had I known there would be a service fee in the first month after opening.

All the negative reviews are correct. I arrived at 1130a on Saturday. Two bankers were in their offices; one was with someone. No one greeted me. I went toward the woman banker and said i wanted to open an account. She said they were too busy — oh, and let me add: no other customers were in bank!!! I could make an appointment for next week or possibly next weekend. This branch is terrible. A real black eye on Chase.

First time my husband and I came to this branch, we used to go to the one on Blanco Rd, but we decided to visit this one because it was on our way. We were waiting for about 20', bankers walked by but no one ever said "hello" nor "I'll be with you in a moment". We felt completely ignored. We are definitely not going back to this location.
