I recently had an unfortunate experience with this Chase Bank Location. I approached them to have a document notarized, expecting a straightforward process as outlined by notary guidelines (and previous experience with other Chase Banks). However, instead of simply verifying my identification and stamping the document, they chose to read through my entire document, which I believe is a clear violation of my privacy.
The primary role of a notary is to verify the identity of the signer and ensure that the document is executed properly, not to scrutinize its contents. This breach of confidentiality made me uncomfortable and left me feeling that my trust had been violated.
I urge the management to ensure that their staff reviews the fundamental responsibilities and ethical standards associated with notary services. Understanding these critical duties is essential for maintaining professionalism and protecting client privacy.

Was here Monday morning, they said I should come back on Tuesday. Arrived on Tuesday, they said I should’ve made an appointment. Couldn’t they mentioned it on Monday?

If I can rate zero I'll do it for this branch, I walked in last Thursday to open new account for my son, very nice and helpful lady advised me to come in Saturday because they do it with appointments and it's will be 1st come first serve, I do walked in at 9:30 and after waiting for 30 minutes in the line they told me they are busy now and he go to ask and come back to me and said they have appointments and I can come at 12 to serve me, I accept that and come back at 12, other banker come to me and said he will serve me if the other client didn't show up in 10 minutes, I don't understand why I need to wait for other clients for not showing when I already have appointment, It's very disrespectful for the client time and very unprofessional dealing with the situation, the banker who come and said he try to help me, No sir you try to give excuse for someone else fault when they arrange appointments and later change their mind and don't want to work, You should asked why before you come to me and say you want to help me, I think chase should gave more training for the Employees about how to deal with the customers, for sure not everyone as I mentioned earlier some of them is very good and acknowledge but many of them is not in this branch.

There was inaccurate information provided regarding opening an account, and it seems that no one else at the bank is able to assist despite there being 8 people present at the branch. I had scheduled this appointment weeks ago. It is essential for them to have multiple staff members trained in handling accounts, rather than relying on just one individual. This lack of preparedness not only reflects poorly on the bank's customer service but also causes unnecessary frustration for clients. Additionally, it raises concerns about the bank's overall efficiency and commitment to meeting customer needs. If this trend continues, customers may feel compelled to seek financial services elsewhere. Ultimately, investing in comprehensive training for all staff members would greatly enhance the customer experience and foster trust in the institution.

Their ATMs never work (inside or drive thru), if you aren’t going to have equipment that works at least build more locations in this area.
Avoid Chase at all costs possible.

Hey Chase. You sent me a check for $5.94 . You actually owe me 155.37. I can see that you are still screwing your clients. It’s pretty sad when you’re in poverty. You should be ashamed. Good Day.

I will AVOID this branch coz their customer service are horrible. Was there yesterday accompany a friend to open checking account, yes we late 10 minutes only (appointment at 10.30am) and the banker was already servicing other customer so we wait him for another 10 mins. He calls us at 10.50am ONLY to ask and told us “Are u US Citizen? If not we dont have enough time to open checking account?” Like whattt????? He is so cocky and arrogant and not supposed to be work in the customer service field with that kind of attitude. He told us to better set another appointment with no smile at his face. Immediately i said NO NEED and we walked out that bank.
Better to go another branch of CHASE bank.
