Probably the slowest and worst chase bank I’ve ever been to. I was in the drive thru this morning for over 15 minutes for a simple deposit. This is one of the reasons I closed my own accounts. If I didn’t have to pay my landlord thru this bank, I would never come here

I am a longtime Chase customer and I use the FM 78 location. I just have to give a shout out to Lisa at this bank. I was able to get my documents notarized with no problem and very quickly.
I appreciate the attention to detail and fine work she did for me.

At this day and age when mobile apps have replaced tellers, it is a breath of fresh air to see smiling faces when you open the front door of a bank. I am talking about everyone I encountered at this Chase branch, from security guard to teller to personal banker. Thank you for holding onto what’s important to us, a real relationship between client and banker!

I received a check that was drawing from Chase Bank so I decided to go to this location to cash it. When I arrived, I was greeted by a security guard who was very nice and showed me where to get assistance. Once I got to the service desk, I was greeted by Mikayla. She was very pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable about products and services offered at Chase Bank. Mikayla provided me with so much great information, I decided to open an account. She was so thorough and patient with me. She even listened to me ramble on and on about “life-ing,” lol. I also received further assistance from Nathaniel. I was having issues activating my digital card to my iPhone. He graciously called customer service and helped me every step of the way. On my way out, I was given a nice farewell from the security officer on duty. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a bank with awesome customer service.

Very bad service, I felt discriminated against today I tried to do a procedure and the lady was very rude. Even my daughter felt discriminated against, the situation was explained to her and she behaved even more rudely than I have had an account with them for more than 10 years.

Horrible customer service two of the workers clearly don't want to work came to open an account for my husband and they were finding any excuse not to help us open an account while trying to rush us. Clearly chase doesn't want customers. Went to Bank of America, afterwards on FM78 and we were treated kindly and they helped us open an account in walk in.
