They have a drive through ATM. But it never ever works. No other outside ATM so you have to go inside and always wait in a huge line. Come on. Biggest bank in America and can't fix the ATM! Ridiculous

Terrible customer service. No welcome or thank you. The teller assisting me was new and being trained in front of me so I don't blame her but the manager training her barely acknowledged me, only to get basic information. Very rude and rushed. Every other location has been very welcoming so it's unfortunate that this is the most convenient location for me. I won't be going back and considering moving my accounts elsewhere.

I attempted to make a simple deposit inside the drive thru ATM lane. The ATM didn’t have any signage stating that it was malfunctioning or wasn’t taking cash deposits at the time and I made a small deposit into an account to see that the funds were not in that account.
I went into the branch and spoke with Pam who did not even take a look at the deposit ticket information and directed me to call a number that printed on the ticket.
That number wasn’t correct and had to file a claim just to say that their machinery wasn’t working and now have to wait to see the funds deposit hopefully tomorrow.
Poor customer service and lack of detail at this location. PUT A SIGN ON THE ATM THAT SAYS ITS NOT ACCEPTING CASH DEPOSITS AT THIS TIME.

I went to this branch so my wife could open a new account. I have been a customer of Chase for a long time and love the fast convenient service as well as the credit journey tracking. Chris Luna open the account for my wife but he was weird and rude acting like he didn't want to answer my questions I ask him a question but he looks at my wife and starts to explain my question to her when I'm the one who asked the question instead of him addressing the person that was talking to him which is the proper professional thing to do it was also very rude and his behavior all together was unprofessional and rude needless to say we will not be back to that location again and nor will I recommend another person to go there

I don't bank with Chase bank but I recently lost my husband who was a Chase customer. I went to close his accounts and it is a very emotional process. The gentleman that helped me took his time and explained the process. They weren't able to immediately close the accounts but he got my information so he could contact me once holds were released. I came back later that afternoon after he called to let me know the accounts were ready to be closed. When I came back, he had a card from the staff with handwritten messages expressing their sympathy. Those small thoughtful gestures mean a lot during such a difficult time. Thank you for your kindness and help taking care of my husband's accounts.

Careful about asking questions to the bank manager Veronica. If you ask any questions she will in a raised voice accuse you of being "very rude". She can't explain how you're being rude just that you are. Never apologetic about the circumstance that brought you into the bank in the first place. It seems this "child" doesn't have time for customer service.

I just stopped in and had tons of questions about my credit card and the long process that I was kind of in a pickle with with my card and a gentleman named Chris Luna he helped me and he helped me figure out all of my mess within like 10 minutes. He was so helpful and totally understood the problem and came up with the solution really quick to get me on my way! Thank you again!
