I cashed a check for $2,000 the teller purposefully withheld $80. That was a part from the $10 fee. After I left the bank and counted my money I realized they had stole $80 be aware the tellers are crooked and will steal from you when they think you're not counting your money right then and there be sure to count your money before you leave the bank so this doesn't happen to you the teller was a skinny tall white guy

My company has been doing business with Chase Bank for over 10 yrs and personal use for over 30 yrs. We deposit checks under my DBA every week in San Antonio. This branched refused to deposit a $248 check because it was made out to my LLC instead of the DBA which Chase has on file and we deposit checks there weekly , just no at this branch. Do not use this branch if you are trying to conduct business in a timely manner. Had to drive to a different location and they deposited the check no questions asked like they always do.

My wife and I were out of town and needed to wire transfer money to close our escrow. The teller was friendly and efficient and we were able to send the money. She even congratulated us as we concluded our transaction. Top notch service!

This is the worst Chase ever!! I've been sitting here for an hour waiting for a banker meanwhile the so called bankers are in their offices having personal conversations. I'm speechless to say the least.

This location in particular will turn you away when you ask for help with something depending on how you dress yourself. They make a point of judging your value when you walk through the door to figure out whether you should get the assistance you require. Consider using the facility off Broadway if you’re needing assistance.

Please don’t bank with Chase. It’s such a mistake. They will close your accounts and block your cards with no intention of telling you. When I did call them they told me everything the bankers and tellers at the branch (who REPRESENT THE COMPANY) told me was wrong. Oh also, several branches just don’t pick up the phone.

4 branches in the past 3 days all telling me they are too busy to help me open a checking account.. Highly recommend those reading this review to take your business an use another bank. Was told I'd get a call back to see when I can come in and nothing still... very disappointing..
