Gas pump buttons are impossible to push from wear and tear at pump 5. Was really hard to purchase gas. Including automatically charged for a car was which I didn’t need. Didn’t other going inside to talk to them. Recommend another gas station.

Incompetent or racist employee. I ask for 200 lotto Texas tickets. He printed two out and said 2? I said no, 200 tickets. He said oh I don't know about that sir. How didn't he know about it if he printed 2 tickets to me. He looked scared as if I was going to rob him or something and absolutely refused to sell to me. I am half white / half black (shouldn't even matter), I have a haircut, I work for the government, I wasn't wearing baggy clothing and I drive a 2019 jeep. I really don't see why he'd refuse to sell to me but I am going to escalate this situation as best I can. Incident: 09/12/2020 around 615-620.

I bought a bag of Ritz bits peanut butter crackers and ate one of them and they tasted terrible. When I went inside to exchange them they said they could not exchange them and I was out of luck. Less than 2 minutes had gone by from when I purchase them and I never left the property. The manager and the cashier both said they would not exchange them or give me my money back. They said it was not their problem. they even turned their back to me while I was trying to understand their return policy.

Went to this location 2:50 a.m and the doors were closed to see a guy on his phone I pushed the button 3 times he sees me but ignors me.i tap on the window he comes asks what I want. I tell him 2 aquafinas he then tells me they are all out ...I ask again he said no we dont have none..I then tell him I'm looking right at them he gets frustrated then goes to get them then tells me 1.90 I give him a 10.00 then he gives me 7 bucks back. I dont care for the change I'd rather blast him on here for not wanting to work hoping that corp or his boss reads this.
