Chick fil is known for their delicious food but this locations customer service is top notch!Even when the line wraps around I am surprised how quickly I am able to place my order and receive my food. I enjoy a fruit cup with my meal and the fruit is always fresh and chilled.Another great thing about this location is that Starbucks and whataburger are next door.If you’re reading this post next time you have breakfast here ask for an egg white grilled but substitute the grilled chicken for a spicy chicken filet. Best ?

I ask for a grill chkn club and was given a grl sand, ( lack of active listening) in the drive thruService was quick but sprite taste like soda water. Needed to be change .

3 stars because it’s Chicfila the foods bomb lol but horrible dismissive energy from the ones outside taking orders at night. You could tell they were ready to get off.

3 items were left out of my order which I understand it happens, I have had nothing but great experiences with chick-fil-a up until now. Typically when an item was left out they have refunded it to my chick fila account no questions asked as I typically make a mobile order. This time however for some reason they were unable to refund me or credit me to my account or my card remotely, it had to be in person. I had to either come by in 1 week to get the items or come by for a refund, either way I am now being inconvenienced by returning. No effort was made to help me out in any other way and those were the only options after asking multiple times. I took time out of my evening to drive back after work to collect my refund and collected my refund. I told the gentleman up front that typically y’all can this remotely and why couldn’t we do it this time but they didn’t really seem to care. If this is a change in policy it’s pretty sad, I have never been anywhere other than here where a refund has to be in person, it’s almost like they’re either banking on you not showing up or that hopefully you’ll buy something else with that refund and they can minimize the cost, either way it is a major inconvenience to have to return.

Second time this has happened to me and that’s why I am writing this. First occurrence was I was in the drive thru, no utensils or dressing was given to me for my salad. Which is to me weird bc it’s half the meal. It’s what you need to eat it fully LOL. I drove all the way back from work to get dressing and they were extremely rude about me coming back and getting in line again. I thought it was odd but I’m sure it was a busy lunch hour. Until I came back today at 11AM. There was only me and one other car in line. They managed to get my salad completely wrong when I spoke clearly and concisely… I do not ask for certain things to be removed to be difficult, only for allergy reasons. Once again, my salad was wrong. It had all of the things I had asked to be removed plus wrong chicken. I then went back inside. The manager/supervisor that brought me my salad originally saw me obviously waiting bc there was an issue with my salad. He proceeded to ignore me, pretend he didn’t see me and refused to help. My final bit of advice/something else. Go to any other chick fil a. Do not waste your money. Whatever this franchise owner is teaching at this location is not preparing employees for success. I do not blame those who are doing their best with a bad hand delt to them, this is obviously a managerial issue. If you want to be treated with kindness and respect, go to another chick fil a location/franchise.

First, I have not been at Northwest Military Chick-fil-A for over a year. I was enjoying our delicious food when the smell of tobacco ruined the meal—a group of high schoolers had sat behind us. I got up and asked who was using a vape device, and they said no one but my spouse saw that individual, so he confessed. I went to the front counter and informed the manager on duty about the situation and his remark showed no concern about the customer. His remark was, "Are they Team Members...?" We decided to walk out and not come to that location anymore. Your corporate purpose is as follows, "To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us. To have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A."The second part of your Corporate Purpose needs to be instilled in the management staff because they lead others by example. Thank you.Parking: Need to provide more handicap parking
