Date of service 03282024 around 1115. I went to the drive thru. One person was taking the orders with the tablet. I had already passed where you would order through the speaker. The car in front of me order was taken then she moved to line 2 and started taking their orders. I assumed she was going come back after she took a few orders but never did. Someone else came out but kept walking to the speaker area. I had to order at the pick up window and was told to drive up it’ll be a minute. I only ordered a #1 meal for myself. Nothing else. I sat there as all these cars were getting their orders that I was in line for way before any of them. I had to get out of the car and walk back to the manager or whomever was in a tie handing out food to ask where’s my food. They finally brought it out. I’ve never experienced this at any chick fila. Very disappointing.

This Chick-Fil-a was the slowest one I’ve visited, we were even outside of lunch or dinner rush hours. Additionally, the staff was rude.

They used to be great, drive through yesterday and got back to work and had a disgusting used BANDAID in the bag. The restaurant will refund my money, no apologies. I reached out to corporate got the same song and dance. Apparently it's ok to have someone's bodily fluids in your food and just refund you. Wow. Do better. I won't eat their again! I will also be lodging a formal complaint with the BBB.Update: The manager advised me that since the employee didn't touch the food it was fine. You know that her bandaid was in my food touching it. So I reported to the health department. They confirmed gloves should have been worn. Beware eating here. They do not follow food safety guidelines. Who knows what else they do in the kitchen if they don't require employees to wear gloves when they have an open wound on their hand and are touching your food/food bags. Also manager/owner was very rude which prompted me to go to the health department.

Always have a good experience. Their new location has a mobile drive thru which makes things a lot
