Had to update my review from the previous experience. It was horrible. Manager was rude as blakity blank. She kept rushing me and would not let me finish my order. Making faces and sighs like she didn't even want to be there. Then she said I couldn't use my rewards or use my coupons because I was supposed to tell before I placed my order. I have been a member for like 8 years and have always gave the person at the register my coupons and rewards right before I pay to remove all the discounts. Then I think they were trying to conserve electricity. When I walked in my movie it was cool and fresh then about 30 minutes into the movie it started getting hot like they shut the air off. It was so uncomfortable and hot in there. I just wanted to get the heck out of there and go home. Very disappointed and will be writing a letter to corporate.

The seats are amazing they wrap up if your cold, dont recommend it in the summer lol. There atmosphere is amazing and great staff that yall for making my date night amazing

The seats here are amazing, especially if you’re having back pain you can sit back relax put your feet up and turn on the heated seat

Concessions are so incredibly overpriced to the point that I won’t be coming back. The “9 inch pizza” was still a mess of undercooked dough while the cheese sticks were slightly microwaved Walmart quality. Add on a hot dog, drink, and candy for a whopping $46. No thank you.
In a world where competition is cutthroat, you simply cannot afford to make such simple mistakes. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I honestly love the ambiance of the theater but it could be better by adding more seating and the bathrooms were a bit cleaner otherwise the arcade and the food is great. The first theater in San Antonio I’ve seen provided samosas which is amazing great snack.

I've been here a couple of times before, but my last visit was just amazing. They're always super friendly and courteous.
