Thursday 3:50 pm ten people in line two employees. Guy and lady, lady making around with everything behind the counter but the register. Pour guy has to deal with the LONG LINE WHILE SHE STANDS AROUND PRETENDING TO BE BUSY

The night clerk was very disrespectful. I'm a long time customer. I would like a response from the manager so that I can clear this up and change my rating this store deserves based on previous customer service. They don't need this employee giving this location a bad reputation.
