Went in just now to get purchased a drink and get cash back the clerk told me no they don't do cash back and put a posti note on the key pad and told me to go to the bank ..is this corporate policy or the individual Clerk that don't want to do cash bank ....I'm just asking... please confirm

Came to this store and get the sale they had going on showed the manager the sale on my phone come to find out he himself doesn’t even know what he is doing sad to say the sale on the app are not even good ! So why even get an app if the employees running the store don’t even know what’s going on. Untrained and also get upset when you tell them !! Store # 1023 Refused to verify the sell and still charged the full price !

This location is bare bones when it comes to quality, most machines they have are out of order. The Purple Mountain Dew flavor that is exclusive to Circle-K is always is always out of order at the soda fountain. The soda fountain itself is rundown, and most of the flavors aren't correctly placed or something because only carbohydrated water comes out. And there's a issues with homeless in the front or sides hanging out. This is just pure sadness.

Leave it to corporate to screw up a good thing. Ever since Ruben left, this store has been a ghetto disaster. The ATM and coffee machines are frequently out of order. There are never any hot breakfast sandwiches available and the cold sandwich shelves are always empty. There are homeless and hookers in front and on the side of the store. The staff doesn't seem to give a toss either. I guess they don't care about making money. Avoid this location at all costs and visit the store near Kennedy high school instead.

I got a CK discount card but the card readers at most of the pumps don't work. I either get an invalid zip code or pin pad error... what an inconvenience!

I love the morning shift Jackie and Ruben are awesome but the night shift is really bad. They don’t care about beer runs and they tape up the soda machines so they don’t have to worry about them. And the kid with the spiked hair runs and hides in the back when it gets busy so he doesn’t have to help. For that reason I go to a different location at night if I need something.

I skip several gas station to come to this one on Castroville Rd. I love the customer service that I get from Ruben and Jackie. They are always smiling. They have great customer service and work very well together! Thanks Ruben! Thanks Jackie! Great job!

Unfortunately the place doesn't seem to clean and sanitize coffee machines or change theold creamers out because now i have a severe case of diahrea which could only have come from the coffee creamer or machines.

The over night clerk is, politely entertaining. The store is clean and well stocked with a decent variety of options for a smaller store.

Went into the store to redeem some Jerky and some guy came and cut in front of everyone, so my code expired however Ruben was so nice and still let me get my jerky and I will definitely be going back again.
