Dangerous store to visit..no friendly service had an smell

I am really tired of people who get jobs they don't enjoy or appreciate. If that isn't the cashier's problem, then he clearly is not happy at home and is taking it out on customers. He made eye contact but didn't greet. Then when I said hello, as he stared blankly at me as I entered, he didn't say hello back. There are many people that dont mind doing their job, that actually need a job. Speaking isn't even the hard part. I didn't see his name, but he's big and tall with long blonde streaks in his hair. If you aren't going to speak keep eye contact to a minimum. But we're grown so Research what manners are, and while you're at it, find out what customer service is so you can actually do all of your job.

Cashier guy was on his phone most of the time and stood in one spot for most of the visit, SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!

I been coming since this was a stop and go always had good experiences even the panhandlers are ok but this evening I tried my best to not step on where the employee was mopping and I went around and grabbed 2 XL fountain drinks and made 2 step marks on her floor because I had an injury and my leg was in pain and she started gripping about me being rude I sure as hell didn't apologize or explain why she could of easily mopped my tracks but decided to start an argument and refused service now IDK how to use the self service yet but I didn't know that you could pay fuel on there after asking as politely as I could with my anger she finally decided to show me how...then had her panhandler BF walk in for back up IDK I'll be calling into management and corporate if I have to because I made an honest mistake and she was to lazy to swipe a mop and explain the self service...I understand I could of slipped and hurt myself and that's on me not her when I worked gas station if someone did that I didn't scold them I just went over them most apologized that recognized what happened no big deal I'm not lazy that's why I receive a paycheck for my labor...

Why do you guys have to hire lazy people in the Westside store closes at 12 the little girl inside locked doors at 11:40 just because they don't want to work past 12:05 please get rid of the laziness and hire motivated workers 3/19/25

I like the store, it always feel like a neighborhood store, and it is. The staff seem nice. I only go there in the mornings though but I just buy what I need and head out, fast and easy. Parking seems to be good but the gas is what I go for most often. I recommend this place definitely then the one across the corner.

I always receive excellent customer service at this location. I do wish that the parking lot was more spacious...it can get a little hectic trying to get gas and park. Otherwise, this gas station is my favorite in San Antonio as far as customer service is concerned.

Just down the street from my work. It's located on very busy intersection and has a limited number of fuel pumps. However, it's easy to access and the prices are nice. Much cleaner and less grubby looking than it's brother just one mile to the south.
