⭐⭐⭐ Decent Stop with a Good Selection and Clean Facilities
Stopped by the Circle K here in San Antonio and overall had a pretty solid experience. They have a great selection of snacks and drinks — everything from energy drinks to chips, and plenty in between. The Polar Pop and frozen drink stations were clean and well-stocked, which was nice to see.
The coffee bar was also tidy and well-maintained, which isn’t always the case in busy convenience stores. Checkout was fast and efficient, even though the store was pretty busy during my visit.
Outside, the gas pumps were neat, and all of them seemed to be working, which is a big plus. Considering the store sits on a busy corner in a rapidly growing part of town, they do a good job keeping things running smoothly despite the high volume.
It’s not the fanciest spot, but it gets the job done and offers convenience when you need it. Solid three stars.

Trying to pick my boyfriend up from the park by the military base this morning. Route usually takes me via Castle hills exit on 410. But this morning took me 410 to 10 to the other side of Camp Bullis by Dominion. GPS would not pick up directions.
I noticed the gas light and realized I didn't have my wallet.
Some how I ended up on 1604 E and saw this Velero
I embarrassedly went in Velero explained I'm lost but about to run out of gas.
I offered to leave my cell phone to cover gas cause I'll be right back.
The Manager Ms. Diana - took time out to explain how to get to the military base. Gave me $3 in gas and refused to let me leave my cell phone. Told me to pay it forward.
Ms. Diana - God Bless you. I just came back and gave the cashier $4. But you were gone
Yes- I will pay it forward!!!

Their customer service is great but that doesn't ever make up for the fact that everything is always priced and correctly and when you get up there thinking you're going to spend 3-4$ and it always turns out to be 6-8$ lable your products correctly. It's not the fact that people are not wanting to pay the price for the items is the fact that you feel like you're getting scammed because it's always a different price

Ok, ok, so I must be the stupid one, because I continue to come here every night as it’s the first gas station on my way home, and tonight, after coming here 4 times (at least) a week, I’m making tonight my very LAST. It’s the same thing EVERY time, EVERY NIGHT, if you hate your job like these same two guys do, FIND SOMETHING ELSE. The short “husky” one has got to be the RUDEST person I’ve ever had the displeasure of having had wait on me, and it’s not just me, I’ve seen him be rude to several others over the time I’ve come here, poor guy is just MISERABLE, I’ve NEVER seen him smile, I can’t help but to wonder what that interview was like when he applied. Yeah, I get it, working in a gas station probably wasn’t your first pick, but to aim that level of MISERY at EVERY customer that walks in?! The long haired bearded guy isn’t much different, he’s always miserable as well, Circle K- PLEASE DO BETTER, get someone who actually smiles and encourages people to SPEND MONEY at your store, I, however, won’t be coming in anymore, it’s like I want to walk back in right now and tell them…”You won guys, you beat me, I promise I won’t come back…” And if all that wasn’t bad enough, there is NEVER more than that one guy, either it’s the short husky super MISERABLE one, or the long haired bearded ‘just don’t care’ at the counter with 10+ people in line, I’m telling you, if you’re a District Manager, or Regional and you’re reading this, stop by there, watch them interact with people for a couple minutes (that’s right, I said MINUTES) because THAT is all it takes to see how they treat customers!! If I owned, or was over that store and I saw that, well, I’m in sales, higher ticket sales, but sales nonetheless, you just don’t treat people that way.

The kid that’s currently working the counter needs to have his employed position changed immediately.And when I say currently, I mean the evening of February 16th, at 6:30pm.Very poor and nonchalant attitude.Told me to be patient after I said, “my card got declined, I’ll give it another try with the chip reader,” even though I quickly found a solution to the slight hiccup.Didn’t offer a bag for any of my purchased items, and when I asked for a bag, he lackadaisically only bagged one of my three items, while leaving the two glass bottles I purchased un-bagged…I waited for a few seconds, to see if he would finally bag the them, and he did not.He’s just simply someone that should not be working the counter.

Casarah at the register was the only one working it is 8:36 PM and I was here around one and she was still alone the only one working with a long line of customers. She looked very tired shoes, very accommodating, and super sweet. I would have given this place has three stars that I give Casarah a five star!!

Gas pumps are always broken. Staff is rude as hell. All the doors all lock except for one, which is a fire hazard. This is ridiculous.
