Circle K's prices are insane, hair in the food. The cashier wouldn't spot me 1 penny, because her drawer would be off. As if many people don't say keep the change during your shift. I worked at a gas station for years. If you can't give someone 1¢, something is seriously wrong with you or your training. At these corporate gas stations you will actually get in trouble if your register is over from people leaving their change.

Pay at the pump and go if you have stop there!!! I went inside today to pay for my gas and impulsively decided to get a fountain drink there was ice everywhere, cups on the floor and a mess. Having previously worked at a gas station I know sometimes people trash gas stations especially when they are rushing. Then I noticed all the ice dispensers had black mold growing on the inside and outside of them. It was disgusting! You can get a lot of people sick this way!

So tired of this gas station.... the female managers and other girls on always on the phone every time and will literally put there back to you every time! My beer is never stocked on the shelf yet I can see it is the back. Employees have their kids behind counter That's another reason why they can't get to the register .I literally hate this gas station and the employees that work there are so rude and extremely lazy they act like it's a problem that you are in their building.

Circle k on Judson by nacogdoches is the worst. NEVER EVER are any of their machines working for icees or anything cold only fountain drinks. My new go to is QT. Need new management or someone to fix the problems there.

Smart checkout sucks, takes for ever and they still need to approve you for tabacco and alcohol sales. Just takes more time from the customer and taking jobs away from people in the workforce. Coming from someone who used to be a CSA

Their “assistant manager” King is horrible! Had 10+ people in line & she’s on her phone the entire time. Instead of opening a second line & help, she forced all people to go through the automatic check out & walked away to finish her phone call. Yikes!!!

Visited this Circle K on November 20th at 10:16 a.m. to fill up my tank and grab a quick recharge. My phone was on 1%, and I was in a rush. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple transaction turned into an unnecessarily unpleasant encounter with an employee whose disdain for customers is as blatant as her disregard for basic professionalism.
She rolled her eyes at me when I politely asked to purchase gas first, slammed a cup down without a word, and completely ignored my attempt to ease the situation by acknowledging her apparent rough day. Her silence and dismissive attitude speak volumes about her suitability to represent the Circle K brand.
I write Google reviews for a living, and I know exactly how this impacts visibility. I’m more than happy to update this to a glowing 5-star review—if and only if this individual is no longer employed here. In fact, I’d gladly work doubles at this location, smiling the entire time, just to know she’s not the face of your establishment anymore.
Customers deserve better. Your brand deserves better. Please consider this constructive feedback and address the issue accordingly.

The restroom was dirty. Part of the wall was busted.
The rest of the syore was clean.
I got my drink and chips abd was looking for a cashier. The girl .on duty said you set items on a platform on the counter, and all items are scanned. Then, you pay using the cedit / debit machine. It was easy. No cashier needed.
I guess the 1 person on duty stocks and cleans. I'm sure she helps if there is a problem with the self check / pay.
Saves Circle K lots us wages. Clerks start at $13. For a forty hour .work week, that's $520. Monthy, one makes $2,080. Yearly wages are $27,040.
This store is 24 / 7. If they have 3 full-time employees only, dnd yhebrwst get part-time hours , that saves the company bunches.
Pretty soon, other convenience store brands will follow suit. In the near future, the convenience store industry will employ thousands less.
Walmart uses people monitors to trybto.insure customers scan items. Door greeter spot check big ticket items and look in side any boxes / totes to see that their are no unscented items. How will Cicke K insure all items were placed on the scanning platform?
Walmoat has about 1/3 less cashiers than it had around 5 to 8 years ago. With 3k + U.S stores, they have save a bunch of labor costs as farvas cashiers go.
What jobs will many do if technology eliminates many jobs. Skilled jobs will still be needed, but some areas will be flooded with applications due to other job eliminations. Funding a job might be tough.
This was my firstbexperincevwit the scan platform. You don't scan anything. All items are setbon a platform and automatically scanned. The cerkbwas very polite in explaining hiw it works.
Will prices not increase as frequently since they have less employees? I'm not holding my breath.
Well, this store nice, other than the dirty restroom.

I wanted to use my credit card to fill up and of course everything was cash only. Very inconvenient.

It's rare that I don't get along with cashiers but most of the staff at this location are rude. Also if you are going to force me to use the self check out don't come over and rearranged the items I am purchasing unless I run into issues. In other words if you are going to handle everything I am purchasing just ring me up the normal way. I can't say anything positive about the staff, they make it clear it's a chore just to be polite. I give lower stars if I could. The last time I went in will be the last time. As I do not enjoy how rude the staff are most times I have stopped in.

I've been coming here since it opened. It's gone from bad to why are ya'll still open kinda thing. Rude employees. I'm not sure why one in particular is still there. She seems to hate her job, but we customers have to put up with that attitude? The beer cooler, oh my gosh. It has had a leak for a while now. The last time I was there, it was like Niagara falls!!! Pathetic and dangerous!!! The reviews keep getting worse!!! I hope they turn this store around. Otherwise, I don't see it lasting long.
