So very rude asked about a dressing room and when they finally decided to acknowledge me as they were All at the register the manager nearly bit my head off saying they hadn't used dressing rooms in 5 years. Ok I am from out of town and it has been about that long for my family but they love to go in there. I will give Cititrends a break do NOT want to make a purchase for something likely irregular. We had to go back because they did not remove a sensor tag. Please respect my money and gas a little better as a consumer.

Not sure if the woman was a regular employee or the manager. An older Mexican woman with light brown hair, high brows to be exact. She came running out the store accusing my black man of stealing a backpack. Mind you the scanners didn’t go off, we didn’t buy anything, nobody said anything to us throughout the store as we were glancing but as soon as we are out the door she’s trying to run outside. I even opened the door for your Employee as she’s running at us crazy. She’s asking questions “where did you get the backpack why is there a tag?”. The tag was the brand name from Sprayground. The backpack was Sprayground that you buy from malls or online, it cost more than everything in the store. The sad thing is why was she accusing, asking questions that were none of her business and stuttering at the same time as I’m telling her that’s his backpack, he walked to the store with it. She kept saying there was a sensor tag. I work retail too, there was no sensor tag only the tag brand name, the backpack looked like great quality. So the confusion to your employee did not make any sense to what her product looked inside the store. We both looked at her dumb and walked off.

Thanks for wasting my time. I was going to return some clothes that didn't fit. I get here at 5:04 and you're closed when your hours online states open til 7pm. Update your business hours or keep the ones posted.
Not sure I'll shop here anymore. Macy's Backstage has similar prices, better quality and bigger selection. Ross and Burlington also have comparable prices. I've never been to one of those that was closed during posted business hours.

Jocelyn and her Cashier were amazing!!!They helped me with my return and I left the store a happy customer. Jocelyn was quick to find a solution. Great customer service. I recommend this location.

Customer service bare minimum.selection ran through every visit but more importantly they stopped my son , didn’t ask for an adult and searched his book bag as if he stole.upon not finding anything no apology and they definitely were out of line.my kids are best dressed in any room …we don’t steal.poor service!!!!!
