This robust lady Jacklyn has terrible customer service.she doesn’t have any people skills at all and needs to find a job where she isn’t acting this way in front of kids!!!!Thank good her team mate was absolutely awesome !!!!

Went in on Sunday 04/13/2025 around 1:40pm super excited to pierce my 9 month old daughters ears , when I walked in I went straight to the available employee, I asked ‘ hello are yall piercing baby’s ears today ‘ she then tones her voice up and says WAIT! i said ‘ I just have a question she says wait one moment when I waited she then came and didn’t even acknowledge us but proceeded to just grab the clip board and slam it on the counter , she was very rude throughout the whole process, what was supposed to be a fun and bitter sweet moment turned into a nervous scared moment , horrible customer service and now a horrible experience with the company, didn’t get her name but was in all black makeup and clothes

Really disappointed in the girl who served us yesterday, it was the first time for my daughter to wear her earrings and the girl was very rude, she didn't even explain prices to us, we asked something and she said no, the prices of the earrings were outside and she gave them to me. . I take it away saying that I shouldn't have taken it from where they were since they were on the table and I only took it to see prices, and when I wanted to take a photo of my daughter he simply said you can't record me, I didn't even want to record her and She seemed very nervous and shaky, I really don't recommend you go...

I came here the other day and my child and I were very mistreated. This very unbelievable and your staff needs to do better! We were talked to crazy by one of your staff members and yelled at as well. I also got called the N word! DO NOT COME HERE!!!

My 2 month old baby got her ears pierced and the lady that did it was very good and gentle with my baby ears and she was very nice respectful I would be going back again.

We were a walk-in for 2 ear lobe piercings. They were super patient with our 7 year old and very comforting to our 9 year old daughters. My youngest wanted her ears pierced for the past month and was super nervous and lost courage after the first pierce….. the staff was super patient and consoled her as we prepared her for the second pierce. My oldest was super brave and excited. We had to stop before we started cause she had to use the restroom ??♀️….all in all….1000 blessings to Claire’s and the staff on Oct 29, 2022 at 5:30 pm. They are amazing!!!
PS: Nov. 8, 2022… the shiny gems on the cross earrings fell off on one earring. The pink hearts are still intact. I’m still happy with Claire’s. I just don’t recommend the cross earrings.

Don't order online from this location. I placed an order and then get there and hope tells me that it's not possible to fulfill my order due to them having the boxes in the back. And that she doesn't know why they do that. So why allow us to order online if you can fulfill my order??
