Tiffany did an amazing job piercing my daughter’s ears. It was very busy on a Saturday afternoon and there were multiple people waiting however she really took her time in making my daughters feel comfortable and was extremely accommodating. I appreciated it since we will have that memory forever! Shout out Tiff!!! You’re good at what you do and very good at working with children.

We walked into Claire's at North Star Mall there was one person in line in front of us to get my little ones ears pierced when it was our turn the lady disinfected the chair thoroughly and then she told us what she was going to do and she put dots in the Middle where they're going to pierce it and then she counted three and she pierced her ears within 1 minute for perfect ears pierced there was no whining no crying no tears no nothing and she was really happy afterwards so if you want to get your ears pierced by a professional ask for Tiffany at Claire's

My daughter and I walked into the Claire's in the North Star Mall for some birthday ear piercings! My daughter got her ears pierced, of course, for the very first time! Amber was so so helpful and so reassuring! Very professional and kind, great at her job! So great that in fact, I got my nose pierced right after my daughter got her ears pierced! The experience was just wonderful all the way around! Not to mention that we got 20% off anything in the store with the purchase of our piercings! Ended up getting three items free! Would recommend a visit to this Claire's to anyone wanting a wonderful experience! THANK YOU AMBER 🤍

Went in on a whim without an appointment to get my and my mom’s ears re-pierced. Amber was so kind and patient with us and I never felt a thing. She even told us about a deal that we could access that saved us money. Thanks for all your help Amber!

There were 2 workers, one was in the back the other was on her cell phone gossiping at the desk. (I didn't know there was a 2nd one I was shopping after our piercing event.)
When we asked for help with piercings after waiting in the area for a while, the lady told us to wait at the piercing station. She finally came over to assist. She had a negative attitude the whole time. I kept trying to be nice because she was going to be piercing my childs ear. I asked her to correct the dots, twice because they were uneven. I checked the ears on the final one to approve. However, after the earring was pierced, it was in the place of the previous dot that I asked her to move. I still tried to be nice but she was just so rude and had a horrible attitude. I try to be nice because I don't know what people are going through but if your job is customer service, fake it.
Now we have to wait to close one to try again elsewhere.

Had a great experience taking my young one to Claire’s. The ladies working there were able to help out in what we needed to get for a birthday party. The young ladies there got me on the promotion they were running. My kiddo said they were very demure and were laughing, but I don’t know what that means. Overall a great experience and plan on coming back next time I need a trip to North Star.

Mexico Residents Here, The Manager Amy or Amberly, Amber whatever the ladies name is, well her Customer Service Skills trash, as well she is a rude and unprofessional. If this the type people you want running your store then I feel sorry for the business owner, takin me business elsewhere when I come from passing through.

Don't know if the lady there is a manger but this is the second time i go in and she is sooo rude ! She is constantly saying how much she hates kids and literally kicked some kids out by yelling at them. They left crying ! Will probably not go back anytime soon

Honestly rude cashier. Did not greeted me , she just passed right on by . while I was waiting at the piercing station , I was looking at the piercings samples . While she finished doing her piercing with another client she was cleaning the station, did not once acknowledged me even though I was waiting right infront of the piercing station just walked on by . I truly thought she was going to come back after she was done with the client. But no she decided to talk with the other cashier . Even though it was only me and one other customer at the store . I went up to the front to ask for service in the piercing station. I kindly waited while she was talking while she just stoped & stared at me not even greeted not even a “ hi what can I help you with” just both staring at me . I asked to get my daughter’s piercing she just said “ okay I’ll be there wait a second” . Continued talking with the other cashier. I just left the store and went to another location. The other location as soon as I came in I was greeted & got attended fast with no attitude. I would not go to that Northstar location anymore. That cashier needs to be nicer or atleast pretend to be nice.

Ear piercing lady gave us so much attitude and was just flat out rude for no reason. I asked her where to go in line for them to which she just rudely said that she’d be over there. Like we were just asking? I also didn’t know what to do and she just handed me the sheet of piercings and blankly stared at us like I was expected to know what to do. Some instructions on what to pick would’ve been nice or just a friendlier attitude. Glad I didn’t bring my ID and got my ears pierced from someone so rude. I’m not one to leave a bad review and usually give people the benefit of the doubt but I just couldn’t handle how rude she was.
